So I placed an order on dickeys app, pulled up and this wasn’t even a dickeys, it’s an Asian restaurant of some sort. A ghost kitchen. Every single one of our meals was non edible, the meat was so dry that you can tell they don’t use the same products, the chicken was not even the same as the real location uses. The waiter ignored me while he played on his phone. I don’t know who gave this a 5 star, as this wasn’t even worth a single star.

I don’t know what these people are saying about the food. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the ribs, French fries, and beans (which I got mac n cheese which was a mistake but I wasn’t going to sweat it like these other haters). The ribs had a tasty rub, the original BBQ sauce was good, and the meat fell right off the bones. I don’t know what people are saying on these reviews, because my meat was not dry at all. Give them a try and make up your own mind. Not sure about the location since I door dashed my order, but glad I found a place that is good bbq when I’m craving it.

The roll had a scorch mark in the middle like it was reheated in the micro n hard as a rock Texas toast looked as if they rolled it out flat. No dine-in eating as described on the website. This location is inside of another restaurant. Don’t miss the fine print, the website is very misleading. Still willing to try it since I bought the gift cards at Costco. There was no way to pay online with a gift card despite the entire process being promoted as an online order and pick up service. Should have checked all the reviews before I bought the gift cards.

It is really a hit or miss experience buying BBQ here. Twice the food is just too dry (brisket, pulled port, and even sausages) and we had throw most of it away. One time the brisket was terrific, nice and moist fatty briskets, just perfect. So unless I know that they don’t have dry bbq when I want it, I can’t take the risk of ordering here again.

Ordered meals on the web, at 11:15 . It was supposed to be ready by 11:45. It’s now 12:15! and the food is still not ready! Went to pick up the food expecting to find a dickey’s and to my surprise it’s at a Burmese restaurant. No smokers, no not a dickeys at all. I suppose all the food is frozen and then warmed up. If I would have known I would have went to Redwood City. If you want a real dickey’s don’t come here
