I am so disappointed! Very busy day at work so I thought I’d have some food delivered. As you can see from the photos; this was poor service or delivery driver ate my food. It would really help if the restaurant would place safety stickers on orders being delivered as to ensure that the food has not been tampered with. Can’t comment on the taste because after seeing my food looking like it’s been chewed on, I tossed it out. What a waste of my hard earned money

Staff was awesome. I really liked the creamed spinach, pleasant surprise. Polish sausage was also very good. Pulled pork and green beans were tasty as well.

I’ve come to this location many many times. Always felt welcomed and the food is hot and delicious. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service, and cleanliness. Floors in the kitchen area were dirty… food, paper, greasy looking and just plain dirty. The ice cream machine was out of order and the lemonade machine was sold out…weird. The brisket sandwich was hardly a sandwich more like one slice beef with a big piece of fat on it. The pork ribs were overcooked. So disappointing. Sorry I spent money on this meal. I won’t return to this location.

Really disappointed. I’ve been to another Dickey’s and it was great. Here things were really bad especially cleanliness and maintenance. The pulled pork sandwich was served cold. The brisket was dry as sawdust. We were there just after they opened and the bbq sauces looked left over from the day before. The ice cream machine was filthy and the soft serve the consistency of soup. The cones were stale.

I normally like Dickey’s. However, this is not one I will visit again. The list of issues is significant. Let’s start with the food. I had to go through 3 sides before I found one they still sell. Then the meats were by far the lowest quality I’ve had at a Dickey’s. The ribs were so tough that it was literally like chewing leather covered meat. The flavor was there but cooked beyond what should have been served. The brisket was not much better. I got 2 servings of brisket as it’s my favorite. Unfortunately, 1/3 of my meat was pure fat cap, and they were very large pieces, so it was no accident or something not noticeable. Even my coworker noted that it was way too much fat, as seen from across the table. Then I couldn’t even pay for the meal as it took 4 times of manually inputting my card. The store itself was a mess. The trays were greasy, as were the plastic whare. The holders were so dirty that I had to wash my plastic fork to use it. Also, there was barbecue sauce splattered all around the self service counted and there were very few customers, so no resson it could not have been clean. Lastly, the ice cream machine was pumping out what amounted to milkshake in a cone. Not a Dickey’s worth your time or money.

Honestly, the food is almost always great but please check your takeout orders before leaving the premises. I was in a hurry Friday night and ordered ahead pretty early on. Was supposed to pick the order up at 6, showed up at 6 10 and the order wasn’t ready. I ordered 1/2 pond of pulled pork and brisket and a full rack of ribs. Instead, I got over a pound of pork, 2 slices of brisket, and less than a 1/2 a rack of ribs. It super disappointing because I paid so much for ribs but got scraps instead – some were burnt, clearly they didn’t have my order ready and I just got the leftovers. For $55 I’d expect so much more. I get it, things happen and I need to check the order myself. But it would be nice to be able to rely on the staff when you’re paying so much for the food.

We had an issue with our food, and the guys here went above and beyond to rectify it for us. Ribs were not cooked properly at all, but they rushed to provide us a completely different meal while the restaurant was slammed. The food is normally amazing but the customer service wasn’t really appreciated.

A pulled pork sandwich here is room temp. Pork on a plain bun without even any sauce. Hard pass. Glad I had some BBQ sauce in the fridge at home. Potato salad I got as a side wasn’t even as good as the stuff at the grocery store.

Good barbecue: I took everything to go. The ribs were just great. The brisket sandwich was also very good. My side was potato salad, which I think had some mustard added. The staff answered all my questions and were super polite. Corvid protocols are in effect be prepared to behave accordingly by wearing a mask before you enter the shop.

I forgot to take pictures… Anyway, absolutely slaps, got the pulled pork with sweet bbq sauce and mac n cheese. I got delivery from a food service so don’t know what it’s like in person, but bro, the food, I couldn’t breath, inhaled it.
