I hadn’t been to a Dickey’s for a while so I thought I’d stop in and get some lunch. Brisket was okay although they don’t seem to know how to cut it properly. Ribs were completely dried out and inedible. Mac and cheese and potato salad were just meh. Based upon the food I wouldn’t return.

Visited this location on Monday, August 7th and had a wonderful experience! We were greeted when we got inside. We were helped by very polite staff. Plus our food was presented well and tasted great. Went to the Marysville store and ordered a three piece tray to go. Extremely small portions. Brisket and chicken were very overcooked and dry. The ribs were inedible because they were so dry and burnt. It took my dog all night to eat them.

I was craving bbq all weekend and decided to try dickies for the first time and ordered a two choice meat plate and was very disappointed in how dry and chewy the brisket and pulled pork was very irritating when you work hard for your money and decided to treat yourself to a disappointment

First time iv been in. I went in because Chick-fil-A was backed up so I figured I’d give them a shot. I’ll tell you I’m happy I did. Now I’m not going to say this is the best BBQ iv had. I will say it’s up there though. It’s WAY better than famous Dave’s. The atmosphere is great, the staff is nice and makes sure you feel acknowledged when you come in. I got spic y brisket sandwich waffle fries a small sweet tea and mac and cheese. I totally got my money’s worth everything was really good I added on two ribs for two bucks I definite must if you’re getting a platter. Do yourself a favor go in here and get some food it’s great.

We met the owner. He has a natural way of making guests feel welcome and had great suggestions for food. We dined in and enjoyed the soft serve afterwards. They also do catering and had a big job that day.

The first visit was great, but the second visit was not. We bought a lb of beef brisket to take home and it was so dry we ended up throwing it away. This was Saturday, it should of been fresh and not tasting like sawdust.

I have not been to Dickey’s BBQ in a long while, and I was shocked by how much the cost has gone up. The most upsetting was that the long-standing “free” ice cream cone has been taken away, and they now charge for it. We had to call all 3 restaurants in the area just to find one that had an operational ice cream machine. The next unbelievable thing was that despite the childrens menue stating that it included “meat, side, texas toast and a lil yellow cup”, the restaurant now views the breading on chicken nuggets to take the place of the texas toast.

Oh my goodness, what a delight to find really great bbq in Washington state! We needed to make a quick stop off of the freeway, and this worked out great as the service was not only quick but the young and helpful crew behind the counter got us in and out in no time.
