We drove past the other day and they had their smoker going and we just couldn’t pass it up! The woman at the window said they opened up last November, and she was super sweet. My husband’s from Florida and said their sweet tea was the best he’s had in Washington! Everything was absolutely delicious. I got the ribs and brisket, my husband got pulled pork and ribs, and his brother had a brisket sandwich. 10/10 will definitely go back!

it was delicious, the beans were good and the rib sandwich was good. potato salad i think might have mustard and im not a fan of mustard but it was still good. definitely coming again. also the portion was good too, i will add a picture next time with the sandwich not eaten

Got out of a meeting late and was thinking about what I would get to eat. Happened to drive by and was surprised to see they were open. I ordered a brisket sandwich “spiked” (with a hotlink) and potato salad as the side. Final cost was $20.89.

The potato salad and baked beans were fine, but I think they’re store-bought. The mac and cheese was bland and not worth the price. The brisket tasted good.

Being a BBQ practitioner myself I must rate Emma’s A-1. Their brisket is to die for. Even my wife who doesn’t enjoy beef raves about it. Melts in your mouth. Her sides as well as chicken, ribs and links are most excellent. I highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic barbecue. Top 2 of my life and I’m well acquainted with good barbecue. It is a travesty this place is rated a 4.0 instead of at least a 4.8. Highly recommend. Ordered the cherry wood smoked rib dinner with potato salad and coleslaw. Massive portion. Meat was falling off the bone tender. Sides were quite good as well. I WILL be back.
