Food was superb as always, I will say this experience was different, we got there and stood at the podium for a good 10 minutes. The place looked empty, finally looked around and found two ladies that work there on their phones, The food was great but the customer service was pretty terrible, she just did seem to be interested in being there just flat out dead pan no happy atmosphere today, not one of the best experience I’ve had here but as always the food was on point

We waited at the window for 15 minutes after it said my food would be ready for pickup at a certain time. Customer service wasn’t spectacular but was decent. & the fried mushrooms are whole fried (but fresh). I sat there and watched them cook my mushrooms. SLOW SERVICE

We came in from Florida for vacation and slid in on a whim. Ended up being first night for Bingo there and what a blast!!!!! Met some fabulous people, won a little cash, and ate some awesome wings!!! Great night all aroud!! I would for sure recommend

Our waitress has just has two shots of alcohol in front of my family. They have the music so loud we can’t even talk without yelling. I have never seen such a mess of a restaurant before in many years. Very sad

Horrible service set at the window 10 to 15 minutes before someone came to it employees kept walking by and would look at us but didn’t come to the window till 10 to 15 minutes later. I ordered online I’m had an issue with the food I said I wanted no spice and it was spicy called and offered to drive back up there if they replaced it, and got told they couldn’t do that..

Waited over 30 minutes for an order of boneless wings, when I confronted waitress, was told printer that sends order to cook wasn’t working, the cooks are standing behind her, when I asked about a discount for waiting so long, she kept saying it was the printers fault, no, you could have turned around and told them yourself instead of making a patron wait for over 30 minutes. I decided I wasn’t hungry anymore and left them with their product to eat themselves. Very poor experience and service.
