Me and my boyfriend decided to go for the first time to try Diegos. We got there and Gabby our server was amazing super friendly great knowledge on the menu. Diego came to the table to visit and mingle. We got the bone marrow, sweet and salty, beet salad, ribeye quesadillas with mushrooms and we had a lamb burger. Everything is 5 out of 5! 10 out of 10. Amazing flavor good comfort food Diego’s on point he’s got a great menu and a great recipe. Many blessings to him!

Never in a million years would I have expected to come to the Valley and taste the best Mediterranean food! Diego himself gave us the most amazing experience. Lamb chops, basmati rice, hummus, all the sauces, grilled veggies, Pita bread. Amazing food and experience.

Who would’ve thought that a food truck could serve such quality dishes. From the presentation of the dishes to the balance on the flavors, everything was simply perfect. This should be a restaurant by itself. We got the Carnivore hamburger, which is made of beef liver, heart, among other parts of the beef, the flavor was a bit strong but thanks to the veggies and the fries it’s very well balanced, we liked it a lot. Also we got the sweet and salty marrow bone, which came with blue corn tortillas, goat cheese with a red onion jam, guacamole that came with Chicharrón and some pieces of sourdough. Everything was extremely good and the owner was going from table to table asking how was everything and he was also happy to give some recommendations. We enjoyed the experience really much. Another thing worth to mention is that they have some vegan options on the menu, glad that more restaurants are adding such options so more people can enjoy.

One of the best food spots in the valley. Diego is a master of his craft which is meats – and he loves to experiment with flavors and take us on a journey around the world with special themed nights. Love all of lamb dishes. Love the steaks and marrow. Love the desserts and the fact that he is very involved with the customers. Oh, and please keep up the bring your dog nights! My very picky dog loved Diego’s special meal for the pups!

First of all, great concept and one of few farm-to-table restaurants in the Valley. Food was decent. We ordered vegan burgers and vegan mix tacos. The “vegan” mix Matamoros tacos are falsely advertised on the menu as they have queso blanco (real cheese), this is vegetarian not vegan. The food was a bit burnt, no need to overcook it. Burning your food like that will give your customers cancer.

This place is the best! If you haven’t tried Diego’s food truck you are missing out. My Fiancé and I are regulars here and we are never disappointed. The ingredients are high quality and the food is farm fresh. Please make sure to make time to support this local treasure. Try the provenza burger and the steak board you won’t regret it!
