Eating here was a pleasure. When looking for a new place to venture to in the Charleston area, I noticed this little hidden gem. I called ahead of time to check that they were infact open, and that they served biscuits. They answered the phone quick, Both times I called. They had answers and directions helping me find them. If you choose to go, please note their sign is not the correct name.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST BREAKFAST AND SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD. As a prior manager of a restaurant, I REALLY applaud the team. They were busy and so great on helping each other out with everything. Our server Chimene, was excellent and got caught up with another table just for a minute (we had everything we needed though), and another server offered to bring us boxes and everything else we needed to wrap up. Not only that, but the food was INCREDIBLE. The pancakes…. ugh SO GOOD. They had such good flavor and had the perfect, fluffy texture towards the middle while the outside was crisp. Everything about this place was just amazing. So sad that we were only here to visit! – pictured is the pastrami hash & chicken & waffles.

I’ve been a local for a couple years now. This is by far one of my favorite places on the island. Absolutely amazing atmosphere, unique and creative drink options, but the star of the show is their kitchen. They do breakfast and lunch better than anyone on the island. No cap, as the kids would say.

Great atmosphere.Inside and outside seating. Dog friendly outside. Staff very friendly and knowledge able about their food. Fresh hot and great service. Hash was great.Wife loved their Bloody Mary’s and the fresh squeezed o j was delicious. We will be making this place a returning stop.

I adore this place and would love to see them thrive, but sadly I think this place could use some work. I’ve eaten here 4 times now and everytime have been underwhelmed by the food. I’ve gotten 3 things of the skillet section of the menu and each time my meat portion has tasted cold or like it was prepped earlier in the morning instead of made fresh. This time after being disappointed the past few times I thought I would try something new, like the eggs Benedict or build your own omelette. What a mistake that was. First of all I get told they can’t do the omelette due to it backing up the kitchen. Okay understandable I guess they’re short handed back there. So instead I go for The eggs Benedict and these were some of the most lack luster eggs I’ve ever had. The eggs were super overcooked and tasted like a hard boiled egg instead of a nice smooth slightly runny egg that you would get with a poached egg. The English muffin was burnt yet they still decided to serve it anyway. The service is fantastic and is the only saving grace of this place. Every server is very attentive and always quick to get your order or see if you need anything. Overall I’d say this place is NOT worth it. I really hope things change because I really wanted to like this place.

Sat on the screened porch for the Thursday 1/2 price lunch special of their brisket Philly cheese steak sandwich. It’s delicious. Son ordered the smash burger & we split the 2 sandwiches. Nice server. We were seated at a dirty, sticky table, so we moved.

Just moved into the neighborhood, and it was such a pleasant surprise to find this spot! Lovely breakfast and lunch spot with an awesome, friendly staff! I got chicken and biscuits with a (massive) side of pastrami hash, both delicious. I look forward to being a regular here for breakfast, lunch, coffee, and cocktails!
