This is a great place to stop and grab a quick bite. Not too many vegetarian options, but the sesame balls are heavenly and the spring rolls are deliciously crispy. The prices are great and depending on the time of day, the wait is decent. Well worth it either way!

This is a good find for the quick dim sum places. It’s the best one I found in SF and I have eaten my share of bad to meh. It’s not the same as the quality restaurant ones like Osmanthus or Harbor View, but for a quick to go, it’s good. It’s more like a 3.7 than a 4. I tried Grant’s Place and a 3-4 other places and I would not go there again. Char siu bao was good-ish, turnip cake pretty good, and the shrimp and chive dumplings, was flavorful the wrap consistency was not chewy enough. Overall, I would go back when time is limited. Otherwise, find a good dim sum restaurant. Btw, staff was nice and they had a giant IPAD for ordering with pics!

Dim Sum Bistro, similarly to Good Mong Kok Bakery (another local favorite dim sum spot), is very much one of those typical “hole in the wall” asian restaurant in the US.

Yup, exactly how I like it. Price is insanely valued where you can get 3 dishes and it will fill you up big time. The kiosk kind of suck in how it works but you can always order it at the counter. My recommendation is always the shrimp dumpling, shumai, and noodle roll (shrimp PLEASE). That’s such a great experience! If you’re with several people, the fried balls with either red beans or beef is a good supplement.

Around 10:30am Sunny Day on President Day’s. The line was long but moved quickly and waiting for pickup about 10 mins. The taste hasn’t change whether before the pandemic or during and now still tasty. This is still one of my favorite to go Dim Sum. A plus that they accept credit card.

Dim sum heaven! So easy to order however I did get charged for an order but it didn’t go through on their end and I still got charged.. I was able to dispute and receive a refund from credit card.. but nevertheless their food is good.. I must’ve eaten there a few times during my visit..

We tried several Dim Sum locations in SF and this place had by far the best baked bbq pork buns. All of the menu items were larger compared to other locations and very reasonably priced. They took cash or card. There were a few tables to sit at which is rare. The ladies that helped us were very patient with us although there was a little language barrier. As long as you know what you’re ordering you should be fine. There are some pictures.

The best of the best Chinese food! The Banh Bao Xiu Mai (the bun was just soft and tasty) and the shrimp dim sum werr delicious and so affordable. The chicken feet was yummy too but a bit salty. The two of us were stuffed for around $14.
