Very good dimsum. You scan the QR code at the table and order through their online portal. The food comes out as soon as it’s ready – I really like that it’s hot. Lots of flavor. Texture of all the dishes were on point. Portions are also larger than average dim sum places. For example the pan fried shrimp and chive dumplings came with 5 instead of the usual 3-4. Shrimp har gao has 8 pieces.

The food is good and you order items using a QR code and placing them for checkout. However, there is no traditional number card you can hold onto and come back while waiting in line, you can’t put a number down, if you walk out, they will call the next person. Line isn’t too long on weekends. Food comes out fast, service not bad, and tastes good, but honestly it is SO EXPENSIVE that I cannot see myself coming back. For 4 people with minimal leftovers, the bill came out to $140 including tax and tip, that’s $35 pp. For dimsum portions with dinner costs, it is much more expensive than Chinatown and not that great of a value. But Top Gun line was too long and Facing East had no dine-in, so this was our best option.

Vibe is good, service was fine, food was just awful man. They tasted like premade ages ago with tons of flour so less meat was needed, barely choked them down and first time in my life I didn’t want any of them to go and I had 70% left sorry for food waste.

I used to eat here more than once a week. Today I ordered fried rice that was bland at best, we left more than half. We also ordered Mama’s noodles that were horrible! Apparently the recipe has changed, or the chef, or the owners. The food was really bad.

My Mother, sister and I went during a busy time (Mother’s Day) dims sum hours, bad service. Food is ordered thru phone but what really made me make this three stars is because I asked for fork and napkins and was ignored and food that we ordered were coming in slow and was given to other guest before us even though we ordered and got their first. (Food at other tables were pretty much the same food we ordered it’s dim sum) Service was there when they wanted a tip cause I wrote a zero on the tip section. They tried to remind us that we didn’t tip thinking we forgot or something. I saw favoritism towards certain guest as well. But what can you do? Do not recommend to eat here unless last resort.

I love how they have a “baked” option for dimsum. It doesn’t affect me like the deep fried food! The footballs & taro balls is what I order. The congee over here is delicious as well. Very nice restaurant & you can even watch the cooks doing their thing in the kitchen.
