The food here is always great. Everything is fresh and made to order. The eggplant sticks are one of the best appetizers I’ve had anywhere. This place is definitely a must visit if in the Covington area. And Nicole is a very friendly and punctual server.

From the description we thought this would be ordering food at a counter and seating yourself. It is not. DiMartino’s is a nice casual atmosphere with piano music playing. Muffuletta sandwich had very crunchy bread and muffuletta salad was amazing.

Honestly… there’s something about the way the building looks from the street that has kept me from trying DiMartino’s til now. Big mistake! The inside decor is phenomenal and the food is superb. A friend had one of their famous muffs, but I went for the bacon Swiss burger. After adding a little mayo and ketchup to it… the first bite was magnificent. I actually had to take a closer look to find the source of all that flavor… and trust me, the 8 oz quality burger patty is the key. I thoroughly enjoyed this lunchtime indulgence and plan to return real soon.

Take out 1st experience: We shared a roastbeef muffalotta. The bread was toasted, made it a lil crispy and it was delicious. Large order of fries was def. enough for two as well. Messy and yummy. We will be back to try the dine in experience.

Food was delicious, Steak was VERY tender and grilled perfectly. The only real complaint, and it may seem minor, was our Server didn’t really check on us much. We had to get someone’s attention to get more coffee, etc.

I’d give it 3.5 stars because it is good, but a bit pricey for the quality and amount of food. I really loved the steak tips and for the price, but now my favorite menu item is gone. Skip the super broccoli thing. Not a lot of fish for the price but it was delicious; seafood is usually undersized everywhere. Some of the pasta is quite delicious also.

Excellent service, excellent food, beautiful restaurant! My daughter and I shared the grilled redfish with broccoli and it was the best fish I ever had!! It was delicious! We also ordered onion rings and spinach artichoke dip for appetizers and they were also delicious! The side salads came with olives and it was all awesome! My son had the red beans and rice and my dad had the fried catfish platter, and they enjoyed it! Looks like we found our new fave place for lunch or dinner! 😉

Way too expensive for a place that does not take reservations for groups of people. Adding 22% gratuity for groups of 7 or more is a little ridiculous in my opinion and added gratuity for groups of 10 or more is higher….crazy!! Not to mention the gnats flying around the bar area and the flies flying around our food, I had to put a napkin over my glass of wine and for the prices you pay for food, drink, and the added gratuity is ridiculous. Never going back here again. Save your money, there are way too many places in Covington that are better!
