We were visiting Olympia on Friday and arrived at the Farmer’s Market at 1:30 pm. It’s great that there was free parking. This farmers market closes at 3 pm. We ate at Dingey’s and had a little time to go buy items. The food was fresh tasting especially the fish and oysters. The French fries are crispy.

We have been longtime fans of Dingey’s-they are THE place in the Olympia Farmer’s market to get your breakfast. My favorite is the Maple Salmon Benedict (which is PERFECTION-the maple doesn’t overpower the salmon) that comes with the side of potatoes. We are also partial to their chowder and their fish and chips!

Fish was a bit soggy, but flavorful. Chips were crispy. Price was a bit high, but I would order again.

Fair prices, very friendly staff, and delicious food. Haven’t had a thing on the menu that I didn’t like. Fantastic fish and chips, and great clam chowder. I love the Rockfish and chips, absolutely delicious! Best seafood in town! Highly recommend!

Wow. Sad excuse for an eggs Benedict. $18 after tax & credit card fee, you get 1 (halved) basic English muffin from the grocery store, 2 overcooked (non-runny) eggs, unremarkable hollandaise sauce, decent ham that was ruined by tasting like the old oil on the grill, + a small scoop of incredibly blande coleslaw.

Great location, and tasty food! Easy outdoor dining/ordering + there’s other great food options just steps away. I’ll absolutely be back anytime I go to the Olympia farmers market.

crab melt was basically a grilled cheese on white bread with very minimal crab meat and some green onions; comes with tiny portion cup of coleslaw, no other side option offered… $16 with tax and card fees ‍♀️ half my sandwich wasnt even warmed up. disappointing.

Great Fish & Chips with options, halibut and cod. I will be back earlier next time for the breakfast menu.

I am a little suprised that the reviews are so good for this eatery. It is not bad by any means, but in an area with tons of fresh good seafood, it also is not the top of the list either. What this place does have is a good location. As part of our outdoor Farmer’s Market in the area, it is a hot food option while visiting the market. I ordered the prawn basket and it was just ok. If I were to return again I think I would try the crab cakes. Just a so so place.
