They change their time frames almost every month, their food is not always fresh as they use what was left of the last meal for the next meal(un-preserved in-between), any time they have chicken it’s either not cooked fully or dry like paper, the white gravy is watered down with a 40:60 ratio, their biscuits are 90% of the time bricks(yeast is not supposed to be treated this way), drink fountain is not maintained 80% of the time. This is by far the least cared for DFAC, no love goes into the food as you can taste the difference between good food and food cooked by people who don’t care along with the fact that time frames are not set in stone. I refused to leave a review for the longest time, but I’ve had enough.

Constantly out of choccy milk. Food is alright. There’s so many TVs to watch the same thing on 4 TVs that surround you. The cooks don’t care and will finish their tik tok video before serving you after seeing you standing there tray in hand.

Honestly I’ve been to a lot of DFACs in the Army but this one is one of the best I’ve been to. I’ve eaten there 4 times for breakfast and lunch and it was well worth the roughly $4.00 you pay especially for the amount of food you get.

The food was horrendous. All I could eat was a salad everyday for 3 weeks. Breakfast was the best of any meal

I pay 400 dollars a month to feel empty inside.

Solid Dining Facility, very clean and decent selection of food. Liked the the setup. Food was subpar but fresh. Worst chili I’ve ever had period. Salad bar had cheese cubes instead of shredded cheese. They only had blue cheese and Italian dressing. Had spaghetti and meatballs, wasn’t bad but meat was spongy.

It’s an Army dining facility…they usually only have one side open and the food is okay it could be a lot better quality like that of the food down in JBER. In addition it would make a world of difference if ALL the dining facilities on FT. Wainwright were available for normal meal service to alleviate the entire population of meal card holders having to cram through the one tiny DFAC while being late to work call because of that.

No complaints here, best meal in town for the price. Was a taco Tuesday, went with the chicken fajita which was prepared perfectly. The salad bar is fresh and fully stocked. Plenty of drinks to choose from. Did I tell you it cost $5.60 for lunch? Hands down the best deal on base for lunch. Did I tell you the price? Great dining experience, ton of TVs playing sports. Only thing missing is a tap of beers to choose from…. did I mention the price? I have eaten at the post hospital which use to be a good deal but their product has gone way down hill. The bees knew is the Soldier defac.

Napoleon once said “An army marches on it’s stomach”. If that’s the case, 1/25 SBCT isn’t going anywhere.
