My first and definitely not last time coming here. They were so accommodating for my egg allergy. We loved the burgers so much we’re debating going back for more. Service was amazing. Food is amazing. Can’t wait to try every single burger.

After seeing an ad for their #1 and #5 special, I asked my kids opinion about this place since they’ve eaten there several time before. They had highly recommended Dip n Burger and for me to give them a try. They also told me that they had awesome customer service. My wife and I went today at 11:30 am and ordered the #1 and #2 special through the drive through. 1st, I was really impressed by the young man that took our order. He had to of been the friendliest and most polite person I’ve ever ordered from a drive through. We came home with our order. I got the #5 with the jalapeño ranch dip. The burger was awesome!! Really delicious. My wife got the #1 with the original dip. She loved hers as well. Needless to say, you’ve gained two new loyal customers.

I tried the Dip N’ original double burger and I wasn’t very impressed, the food was good but not amazing the meat needed more seasoning and I would recommend the restaurant to cook the meat medium max, otherwise there won’t be much flavor.

Placed an order roughly after noon. There was quite the line, so I figured it would take a while for my order to go through. After almost an hour (1:45 PM) I approached Monica, the employee working the register, and asked the status of my burger. It was then that she realized I have never received my burger, they hadn’t even prepared it. She apologized extensively, was courteous throughout, and even made it to where she made sure I left happy. The food here is delicious, but this experience definitely left a somewhat negative taste in my mouth.

I had an absolutely amazing time at Dip N’ Burger. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the food was cooked to perfection. I can’t even describe how delicious it tasted! The customer service was also exceptional. The staff was super friendly and attentive to my needs. I felt like I was being treated like royalty! Overall, I had an unforgettable experience and I can’t wait to go back for more!

Went thru drive thru ordered a dbl meat with bacon, but they gave me the wrong order, so I ended up getting the Dip n Mexico burger. Burger was good as well as the fries and onion rings. Need to go back and try the dbl burger with bacon. Kind of Pricey, but ok. Until next time.
