Eight of us went and grabbed sandwiches here and took them back to our office to eat. The place is small but clean. Not a lot of tables for a large party but a few if you want to stay and eat. So not really a lot of atmosphere but it was neat and tables were ready to sit at for those that wanted to. The sandwich selection was good. They have a sandwich of the day selection like “meatball Monday’s” “taco Tuesdays” etc. I got a small meatball sub and it was really good. Others got different kinds of subs. They made all of the sandwiches very quickly and they were all made well. Very efficient service. Everyone enjoyed their food. By the time we left the line was bigger but they were moving everyone along. Great place, I would go there again!

There are only a couple really good sub places left in Rochester New York and I tried DiPisa subs for the first time last week. This honestly rates higher than any of the sub shops left in Rochester. The price is phenomenal for the amount of meat you get, the amazing bread you get, and the customer service. The bread is not too thick, but it’s not thin either, it’s freshly made every day, and you would have thought I asked for triple the meat for a sub and I did not. Even my husband who never gets excited about any food told me that was the best sub he’s ever had! Maybe you can head on over to the west side of Rochester

Freshest bread, excellent cold cuts, and the portion is rediculous!

Small, traditional sub joint with numerous hot and cold options and unique daily specials. Can be busy on weekdays at lunch. Inside a parking garage, with only limited street parking available nearby. Friendly staff, fast service. No vent for the grill, so it can get smokey inside when busy. Limited drink options, few desserts.

I love this place. I woke up this morning, thinking, “what a great sandwich!” I’m sitting here at 113pm on deadline at my job, thinking about that sandwich from yesterday. Good food! Great People! They know my silly sandwich order now! Who knew! BIG LOVE FOR DIPISA!

Great subs! Owner Sal is awesome as well as his friendly staff. Bread is so fresh and the cold cuts are super-high quality. Veggies are fresh and crisp as well. Parking is convenient for being in the city… 30 min parking right in front of restaurant (opposite side of street) and 15 min free parking garage right next to restaurant. We will def be regular customers going forward. The only thing I wish that they did was to give me two hole
