Love this little gem! I usually don’t eat meat but made an exception since I was on an adventure. Met the owners, Sean and Kimberly, and learned some of their incredible story! Started as a food truck and now have this amazing spot where you pick up at the counter and can sit inside (tiny) or sit on the back deck or the outside seating area. Had the Mac n cheese topped with pulled pork and added pickles to mine. I inhaled it if that tells you anything! Oh, the sweet ice tea was delicious too! Will definitely be going back and will have to take the hubby next time.

Was out playing golf and happened by Dirty Dawgs BBQ Company. It is located at 7 E. Main Street in Alexandria. I met the owners Sean/Kim and Chris. This is a Veteran owned business which is a major plus. It is quite the quant little business. I ordered the roasted pulled pork/ Mac and Cheese combo, it is made with a 3 cheese blend. The pork had a nicely seasoned rub on it. They top it with a sweet BBQ sauce. It was very tasty. Also had a side of Mac and cheese which is so creamy. Yummmy!!! The coleslaw is homemade with the dressing being a combination of vinegar and sugar, very fresh ingredients. Don’t hesitate to go out and check this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

I was checking out the eagle’s nests on the Evans Foundation Bike Path and was hungry when I noticed a small BBQ joint (and Veteran owned which is a bonus having married someone that was in the Air Force). The owners were nice and the food was served quickly. The loaded brat was good – it would have been five stars instead of four, but the bun was very wimpy and could not hold the brat and toppings within falling into a lot of different pieces making it difficult to eat.

They catered my daughters wedding and the food was absolutely amazing!! We had Chicken Alfredo, Pasta Marinara, Italian Green Beans, garden salad, garlic butter bread and the best bread ever! I highly recommend them for your next catering event!

Good brats and dogs with toppings, tremendous flavorful Mac and Cheese. Really appreciated the love for military and first responders shown. Thoroughly enjoyed a chat with the owners and learning their story. This will be my go to stop whenever I go to Lobdell disc golf or anytime I find myself in Alexandria.

We loved everything about this place but most important the food was amazing my friend and I split our meals so we could try each others but I had the pulled pork sandwich with the Carolina sauce and it literally melted in my mouth it was outstanding pulled pork the best I’ve had since I was displaced from Florida here to Ohio due to a hurricane the bun was perfect soft squishy same with sauce not to much not to little, perfection also I got loaded fries with chili cheese and bacon and let me tell you these FOLKS KNOW WHAT CHILI IS !!!! And also best chili cheese fries since Florida I about gave up on bbq and chili fries but I have finally found the place .. now let’s talk about my friend Mos Philly cheese steak same thing the meat was so tender and delicious and flavorful the peppers onions & mushrooms all sautéed to perfection she had a side of
