Overall, our experience is good. I love their spicy dumplings which is not just spicy but also sour. So, the test is not boring. The skin of the spicy dumplings is thin and the stuffing tastes good. The combination provides a good balance. The pork bun dumplings also taste great. Just they don’t serve with ginger. The beef noodle soup is ok, about the average. The vibe is great which is not too bright and makes us feel relax but also not too dark.

My family loves traveling and exploring all the good restaurants in the neighborhood. We found this restaurant is very close to where stayed, so we decided to give it a try since we love Chinese food. When first got in, we was instantly feel comfortable and relax. The waiter came as soon as we sat down to greet us. Since it’s our first time, so we asked him for his recommendations and he didn’t disappoint us. All the entrees was delicious but my favorite was the soup dumplings. Boy oh boy, we couldn’t have enough of it. We were so full and satisfied at the end of the dinner. What could you ask for more? I would totally recommend you guys to give this restaurant a try for yourself. Really enjoyed it very much.

The food was the best part of the experience, although it was not what we expected when we planned our trip to District Kitchen. There are many conflicting sources of information regarding their opening hours. Their website says 11:30, their reservation platform says 11:15, another review website said 12:00. We arrived about 11:25 and they were open, although no one else was there. We were seated immediately and handed numerous menus. We had originally planned to visit due to the brunch menu they had advertised online but we were not given a brunch menu and when we asked if they had one our server said they did not, despite the sign outside advertising brunch. We ordered off the lunch menu despite it being the weekend and a note that the lunch menu was not available during the weekend. We also ordered drinks which came quickly but were not especially memorable and quite overpriced. The food came after a while, not too long, and was delicious. Definitely the best part of the meal. The entire time we were eating, the staff only addressed us to see if we wanted more drinks once and never came by again despite us being the only people at the restaurant. Once we finished, it took quite a while before the staff brought us the check and then another wait before they came to take the payment. The trip was a disappointment considering we originally wanted to try the brunch menu from their website, but the food was able to make up for a small part of it. I can recommend coming to try it but be prepared for conflicting information and lackluster service.
