Wish I could say something better about this place – but today was my third and final time giving this place a chance. Each time I have been here, the service is abrupt, rude and impersonal. Kiosk is the only option for ordering food, so if you have a question, you’re on your own. No human interaction (which may be a blessing in disguise). No option for hard tacos, and the food has an odd “burnt” flavoring to it. The last straw today was my dine-in tray was greasy with food stains and sticky. Yuck! How many times has this thing been used and not washed?? Other reviews have mentioned Taco Bell is better – not too far from the truth.

This place is incredible, so glad I discovered this spot on my commute, Junior, the employee who rang me up and made our meal was A+ .. professional, kind, knew the menu inside and out, helped my son pick his perfect meal, and for us being strangers he was so friendly and kind, it made the experience that much better. Great conversation, positive attitude, and I can’t leave out the quality – the food was amazing, ill take this over Chipotle ANY Day! Excellent quality guacamole, A+ staff especially Junior, and really comfortable environment. We will be back and I will be telling my co workers about this hidden gem of aspot. 10 stars if I could!

Food was delish! We tried a chicken taco a beef taco and a fish taco. All were great you can pick all the toppings you would like. The chips and guac are soooo much better then chipotle! The chicken is so flavorful we even got Bowls the next day. We will definitely be back more often.

I suggest that you give this place a try. The food is good and fresh. It’s created in an assembly line fashion right in front of you. The staff is professional and helpful. The service is a bit slow. But they are busy. The prices are a bit high for this type of establishment. And, I’m not too fond of the touch screen ordering. Go get a taco, or three.

By far the best Mexican food in the area. Always fresh, always packed full of delicious ingredients and the staff is so nice. I always go for the three tacos and they’re a whole meal. The chips and salsa are fresh and delicious as well! They also have one of those sweet Coke machines that can make almost any drink! 10/10 recommended. Absolutely smokes the pants off of Chipotle.

I purchased a burrito and it was not so good. It was way too much rice( even thought I said lite on the rice). Also they only use white rice and not an healthier option like brown rice. However, the staff is very nice and friendly, especially the manager. She noticed I had a few concerns and was kind enough to ask me what she can do to make my visit positive. Its for that reason I am giving them a 4 star instead of 1 star even tho I did not like the burrito. So customer service really does count and does not go unnoticed. Thank you to that manager for providing an example of what customer satisfaction really means.
