This place is exactly what your looking for to get you out of the house. With some people worried about the pandemic and being out in public this bar gives you just what your looking for… myself I love the laid back feeling you get from eating outside under a big oak tree. The food is just what you would expect for the lucky dill…. fantastic. The variety is quite mind blowing, I don’t know how they do it. Than there’s the service…thank you so much to Heidi. She was just amazing to watch her perform her magic ….

I just wanted to share my thoughts on the Ditch Plains Surf Bar. I enjoy the food at the Lucky Dill.. But I hardly ever sit inside. I much rather sit outside at the Surf Bar. You have 2 Bartenders that are out standing. Heidi, she is helpful, friendly, always smiling, and in watching her interact with the customers is a caring person, and she knows her drinks and the menu.. Then there’s Rachel another Bartender that is a people person, I found her to be helpful, funny, and caring as well.. She knows how to make the drinks that her customers ask for.. She smiles and talks with her customers.. That on it self brings me back here.. I live down in New Port Richy and I come up here 3 times a week because I how I am treated. Ive seen these girls cleaning up the area many times just because. They have great working skills and treat everyone with kindness. So hats off too the Surf Bar.

Best place to get a lobster roll in Pinellas County! The drinks are great too, definitely recommend the strawberry frosé and Rockaway Lemonade. The bar is connected to the Lucky Dill but still feels like its own separate, charming area. It’s a great spot to spend your late afternoon, sunset, twilight, and beyond! ☀️✨

Creative and 2-4-1 drinks after 6pm. Ferraris on Mondays! Cool spot and nice menu. Bar tender with grey hair was a good guy and made sure the drinks were stellar. Comedy shows on Mondays also.
