Everything we ate at the diner tasted like Grandma used to make, that is, if Grandma were Julia Child. We had an exceptional omelette made with local eggs, with fresh veggies sauteed perfectly, delectable expertly seasoned home fries, the best biscuits and gravy this side of heaven, followed by perfect lemon meringue pie which words simply cannot describe. All brought to us by a gentleman who missed his calling in standup comedy. To say that we’re hoping to go back soon is the understatement of the century. We adore this place ❤️

I just discovered this hidden gem of a diner!! I had the best sausage biscuits and gravy I have EVER had, -and I lived in NC for 30 years, the spiritual home of biscuits and gravy. MY wife had an omelet, the contents of which, she said, was all grilled before going in the omelet. Everything was as fresh and tasty as you could want or ask for. The owner, Randy, was our sever, and he pushed a couple slices of lemon meringue pie on us. Now, I don’t normally have pie after breakfast, but, it was just after noon, and the breakfast we’d just had was SO good, we consented, hoping we hadn’t made a mistake. Of course, it turned out to be simply the best lemon meringue pie I have EVER had (sorry, mom). I can’t wait to go back!!! When was the last time you anyone say that about a country diner? Their food is so fresh, so good, made with skill and care, and served with humor and warm conversation with the owner. We have found our new diner, and that’s a fact!!

So I got the cheesy bacon fries which if there was cheese it may be better. Then the Adirondack which honestly was room temp at best. And the fries are dry and unseasoned wouldn’t ever order from here again. Tried it on a whim and honestly would have rather bought McDonald’s at least that shows up and tastes good.

Hidden gem in queensbury! Farm to table for real! Amazing eggs! Real syrup and real milk! Seriously get the strawberry rhubarb pie! And also tell them to put gravy and cheese on your home fries!!!!! Homemade gravy ! Love this place!!!

The food is always great. Pastor and the crew are always so welcoming and accommodating. It might be a little tricky to find initially but it’s well worth a visit you’ll be back.

Amazing food. Worth the drive. Please see for yourself. Southern charm and hospitality. Great selection. Service was quick. Got the Mexican omelette with homemade chorizo. Love that the salsa, chipotle, and hot sauce were made in house.

I heard this is at least a couple people’s “happy place” and I totally understand why. I considered volunteering there, but of course it’s because I was loving the ambiance, including the owner who happily chatted my friend and I up. I must say this was an amazing experience. The food was delicious, the coffee was $1 with free refills. The owner comes with stories that will fill you with joy. And the decor matches the cleanliness and thoughtfulness of the owner. I highly recommend going and look forward to going back.
