The staff seemed pretty nice. When they say small on their menu, they aren’t joking. If you want a small, be prepared to eat a child size small. They do need to learn how to chop or mince the garlic though. Serving whole garlic that way can be a choking hazard to anybody. I do love the fact they still have Barq’s red cream soda!! I was told that Dixie stopped serving it. Thank you to this store for having it. You made my week!!

It’s the quintessential Cincinnati chili experience plus waffle fries! We make sure to stop by every time we are in that part of town. The staff is always helpful and the location is always clean. The spice mix is really what makes their chili standout when compared to the other chili parlors in town. We usually order cheese fries which don’t travel great but are incredible while hot and fresh. A small (or large) amount of chili on top with some garlic and sour cream makes for the perfect meal.

Food was decent. We just went for the staples; 3-way and cheese coney. The chili seemed a little thicker than the other two chili brand chains which was great but flavor wasn’t noticeably different. Service wasn’t very welcoming nor helpful. I had to rate based on recent experience at a major chili chain that just opened in Lex KY. They were super friendly and went out of their way to make the experience great.

If you close at 10pm then you need to close at that time. If you want to close earlier then make your closing time earlier. Don’t really understand choosing to stop taking orders at 930pm? Lol just be consistent I guess. You’re not in Ohio so I drive to KY weekly to get your food. This week I arrived at 930p and the lady was turning me and other cars away because you were closing in a half hour?!?

Small eatery with indoor & outdoor seating. A small parking lot but seems to be the perfect size for this establishment. The food was very good and I loved the options. If you’re trying to eat healthy they have very tasty pre-packaged salads.

How do you serve double-deckers and not have bacon?… Asked for a turkey bacon double decker with Swiss… Got an untoasted turkey sandwich with a little bit of corned beef on top for $11…Booooooo… Could have made that at home for a dollar
