I love this spot and have for YEARS! They’ve been in town for longer than I can remember, and have the best hot sub (Italian) that I’ve ever had. It literally sets the bar for all other places. All of the sides are amazing and made in house. Best potato salad I’ve ever had. The coleslaw is amazing and the macaroni salad is great too. She has cold beer in the cooler and the flavorful dirty kettle chips in there! It’s ten times better than any fast food place and the prices are reasonable especially if you pay with cash!

Recently got to try this well known local Deli .. I’ve heard of their chicken n shrimp salads and their hot subs. The place was clean and the help attentive. I enjoyed the sandwich n liked the potato salad.. the prices are a bit up there but this area seems fine with it . The locals enjoy it and you will too.. Try it!

The chicken salad sandwich turkey sub (hot sub) are my favorites. The restaurant is very clean. Always greeted when you enter the restaurant. Service is fast. A great place for lunch in town.

I have no idea why some of the reviews here complain about customer service, price, or size. I placed a phone order yesterday. I can’t eat pork products, so I asked for a turkey hoagie and they were more than accommodating. I was greeted kindly and had an incredibly friendly conversation with the young lady working there. Kind of wish I could have had a beer and chatted longer. Really pleasant experience. Lovely and clean interior. The sandwich itself was world-class. Really delicious, I was thoroughly impressed. The sharp provolone, bread, and hoagie peppers were of high quality. It was loaded with turkey and lasted me for two meals. I spend a lot of time eating hoagies in Pennsylvania and this might have beaten all of them to date. Ignore the bad reviews, try this place. I even posted pics in a hoagie group online and everyone agreed it looked amazing. The prices were more than reasonable, I thought. I do recommend calling ahead or getting there early as i was advised that they’re only open until they run out of food.

Best to call orders ahead. Hours are flexible when she opens and can be long wait. The hot subs and potato salad are my favs!

The owner is a crook, you will be overcharged and then talked about on her personal Facebook! She will openly call her customers that are being ripped off stupid and broke! Awful woman!

Great hot ham and cheese subs and wonderful service! I only wish they’d had a little bit of a better beer selection and they were sold out of several items right at lunch time when it wasn’t super busy. Regardless, I will definitely be back for a yummy sandwich.

Grace Ann’s place has excellent food. Always has. The DC10 sub is my go to when I’m there, plus a side of her most excellent coleslaw. Add in a Doc Brown’s black cherry soda and my lunch is made!
