It is 10:42 pm on 03/12/2023 Sunday,there are three men inside cooking people food. They are only cooking with one glove on and touching people food with their bare hands. I stood outside the window, looking at the menu, and I realize that one of the man is picking up things off of the floor and put it into the trashcan. He did not change his gloves or anything of that nature, I am cool with ordering food from this location and I wish the other customers the best.

Arrived in Memphis on a late night flight on a Tuesday. Not much open. Tried this place and was pleasantly surprised. The cheeseburger was delicious, and everything was fresh. Went drive thru, and the guy wasn’t rude but not friendly either… but the food makes it worth it.

The food was so SALTY that I had to throw it out. Ordered a Philly Cheese sandwich and it was so greasy and salty. I was warned about how Dixie Queen had fallen off since I last visited it 6 months ago.

Every single time I go here either their ice cream machine is down and/or the slushee machine is down. How is that possible? It’s Labor Day and those pieces of equipment are down? That has just plain terrible management. I’m just saying you would think that a business on prime real estate would at least attempt to run a business well.

THE STAFF IS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL…….. OMG THEY ARE SO NASTY TO CUSTOMERS AND NEVER ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS. They always request cash only. The window has been busted out for over a year. It doesn’t seem that they have plans to get it repaired. They need to shut this awful and dirty place down asap. It looks like they never clean this place.
