Not much to look at, but great pizza and great prices. We were passing thru Pahoa looking for pizza. We stopped at DJ’s. Friendly family-run business. We ordered the 18-inch 5-topping Pizza. I took awhile to bake but was so worth the wait. Plenty of cheese and toppings, and its HUGE! We took it togo and ended up making 4 meals from this one pizza. I’m so glad we stopped here.

I tried to take my children here and there were adults drinking and doing drugs in front and inside this establishment. The workers have frowns on their faces and talk out of normalcy.Not recommended to eat here for when coming to Pahoa.

Ordered a pizza and calzone and they both were amazing. Will say the calzone was so much better. It’s been a while I had really good pizza as I could genuinely say that I would come back again for more. Only downfall was not only was it hard to find parking, there were some shirtless men just chilling outside of the establishment smoking, and coming back and forth out front. Now this does not affect the quality of the food whatsoever which is why it doesn’t affect my rating, but it does give a good description of setting of where the restaurant is located. Definitely do recommend, but be aware busy hours.
