I have drove by this pizza place for several months now thinking about stopping in and I finally did. The atmosphere in this restaurant is very pleasant and the owners and very kind to the customers. I had never had a una style pizza before and a buddy of mine said I should give it a try and let me say it was a wonderful experience. I ordered a supreme pizza and from the first bite to the last was delicious. The cheese was perfectly melted and they use very good cheese and meats and all the toppings blended perfectly together. They take pride in their work and if you haven’t stopped in you should give it a try you won’t regret it.

On Derby Day my son and I drove from Sellersburg, In. to attend a family wedding. We arrived early and decided to grab lunch. We happened into this wonderful place as they were getting ready to open. They welcomed us with friendly open arms. We enjoyed talking with them and the food was delicious. We shared a ham and cheese sandwich and had some left over. They even graciously said my son could change into his suit there. In the changing world we live in at this time in our lives (we had just experienced the bank shooting the week before) it is nice to experience good old fashioned hospitality!

Was traveling through the area and pizza sounded good. I did a quick Google search and found DJ’s Una pizza. I’m so glad we stopped. The staff was so friendly. The pizza and breadsticks were delicious. I would highly recommend this family owned business.

Had just finished with the cattle and got to their location about 10 minutes before opening. They saw us outside, brought out a menu, and let us order early. When it was finished, he brought the pizza out to the truck. Smelled wonderful all the way home. Tasted as good as it smelled! Well seasoned sauce, good layer of cheese over the “all meat” toppings, and crisp thin crust. A new favorite!

I didn’t have a good experience, I called to make an order and the lady who answered seemed annoyed I was even callling. I made an order to have half cheese half bacon and pepperoni. I get to the place and not even greeted with a smile. The pizza is not that great, the cheese doesn’t stay on the pizza and it’s overly greasy. The flavor is decent but the pizza is overall mediocre. I ordered breadsticks and they were flavorless and overly greasy, it seemed like they just bought frozen breadsticks from Walmart and sell it for way more than what it is. You get cheese sauce with it which is nothing special. It’s just nacho sauce from Walmart. Not fresh at all. I think that they are overpriced. You can get better tasting food at Little Caesars. I don’t see this business lasting that long, especially with their prices quality and customer service. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to get a stomach ache.
