A must have if you’re in the area. My favorite was the breakfast pattie.

Hungry and cranky. They were cleaning up but open. Wanted 3 beef. They had 1 hot and tons frozen. I asked if they had any that weren’t frozen. She had a number cooling for freezer. Score! Profit. And they are real like Cornish pasties: beef, onion, potato, swedes. NO CARROT! And they have a proper crimped edge. Seasoning perfect. Now gonna have to go to the UP State Fair and buy a bunch of frozen ones!

The girl who waited on me Justina was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, also made sure to wrap mine good since I had a 45 min drive to keep them hot. They were hot a yummy when I got to where I was going. She is a great employee. Will be back soon.

When traveling, I do my best to seek out and enjoy regional cuisine. Which means when I’m in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, I’m eating a pasty or two. My family and I are staying in Escanaba on our way elsewhere, so our time here is limited. As such, I was a little worried that I’d miss the opportunity to enjoy a pasty – but when I saw that Dobber’s Pasties had a breakfast pasty (and that they conveniently open at 7:00am in the morning), I was stoked! I stopped by and grabbed a couple of their breakfast pasties and a beef pasty for later – and I am happy I did! The breakfast pasty far exceeds any grab-and-go fast food or hotel continental breakfast options, so if your passing through like we are, do yourself a favor and check out Dobber’s.

Got the chicken (!) and it was a delicious dinner on a drive back to Chicago. It was hot and crust was really good. Also bought some frozen ones for my family and can’t wait to eat them!

I Live in Wisconsin, I Can buy your Pasties From Olde World Pastries in Green Bay… Have to Say Sometimes they are Great other times like today not so much. Potatoes are Crunchy and it’s not the best Tasting! Disappointing seeing as You can’t get many Yooper Pasties In Green Bay, a Chicken Veggie Pasty and Didn’t Eat one piece of Chicken in it

Purchased a couple frozen beef pasties two weeks ago, baked them tonight and they were so good!!! We were sad we didn’t get more when we were visiting family up there. Just found out that they will ship! Happy again! 😀

Just a great lil hole in the wall pasty place in Escanaba. They got creative and made some new ones. Next drive thru will try some of those too. We got the original beef and a chicken.

Limited selection of handmade, delicious pasties. Eat in is nothing special as far as atmosphere, but hot, ready to go pasties. They also have cold and frozen ones so you can stock up for a Yooper winter!
