I have visited this Dock’s several times. I am not sure why it continues to disappoint me. The young man messed up my order and realized he messed up the order because he had problems with the digital register from the previous customer. They gave me some cold fries and cool pop with no ice. The fishwish sandwich looked like a jr instead of a regular. I hate to drive back to the city to see if it’s better or the same service.

I absolutely love docks food, always have fa years. I’m a employee up the street at the courthouse and when I went to docks for the third time, the black chick who wears her hair rolled up tight, gave me an attitude after some guy came in she was talking to, and called herself showing out in front of the dude she was talking to when she was giving me my order. I said, “My banana pudding please”, she said, “Did you pay for it?”. I just looked at her while she checked the receipt to only find that I did pay for a banana pudding. She has the worst attitude. But other than that, I like the food. I just told my coworkers to steer clear of her because of her attitude cause nobody likes bad customer service

Don’t even bother! Just take that drive over to 87th street. ♀️ I ordered the sea nuggets, fish sandwich and wings for my baby. Got home, the wings were burnt, the sandwich was full of tartar sauce and the nuggets taste like they were cooked in old grease! . NO SEASONING! And I’m only eating it cuz i paid for it, i got hot sauce and I’m just hungry. Then i find out the owner of this location owns the one on 35th. I had the same problem with the 35th location a few months ago. Old grease taste. Imma just stick with 87th street from now on.

Bad attitude, and the person preparing the food had no hair net and no gloves. I just got my money back cause I ain’t changing it. I saw him fixing someone’s sandwich and wipe his hands on his pants. I’m like I now he keeps moving out of my sight and I don’t trust ut cause he had an attitude after I said something. The older dude act like he was mad when I asked for my money back. Not to mention he always has a bad attitude. Smdh

Lived in Chicago all my life. I remember when Docks was first opened between Stony and Cottage owned by Muslims. Then it was the Docks on 87th and the Ryan. Fast forward moved to CCH went to the Docks on 167th. The food taste like it had been cooked in old grease and I went when they first opened. The portions for a small catfish nugget was very small ( which I questioned them about). I have not returned. Good service poor quality and quantity of food. I work in the city, I’ll visit 87th by the time I get my food back home I probably will have to warm it up. UGH…!!!

Just bought 2 orders of large catfish(Sunday, 11/13 @ 4pm CountyClubHills location)…horrible!! The fish is old & very dark . They hide behind the crusting! Fish should be flaky not mushy! For a meal close to$40 bucks you expect better quality. We try to patronize our folks but we can really roll over us!! Folks be careful what you order stick w/ Fishwish sandwiches
