Wow, don’t miss this place for a meal. It is a beautiful view. The food and service was fantastic. We were told there was a 20 minute wait to eat outside but it was may be 10 minutes. But there are picnic tables where you can eat your own food or food bought inside.

This place was a pleasant surprise. We really didn’t expect much when we found out it was very understaffed today. Only one server for about 15 tables (two with 8 to 10 ppl), and he was running the register. He did a fantastic job though. It’s a server’s responsibility to make sure the food looks right as it comes out of the kitchen. Many times that does not happen and they blame the cooks. This server realized there was an item on the pizza that should not have been. So he had it remade. That is huge to me, as a former server myself. The fish ands chips were so flippin good! So good! The pizza was delicious, as was the Turkey sandwich. I definitely recommend lunch here.

Awesome views and the food was some of the best we had in the park. Very friendly employees…they were apologetic because they were so understaffed. It was slow but the quality of food was worth the wait. Visited May 2023 and the seasonal traveling RV help wasn’t there yet.

Beautiful lake site restaurant food is really good after you eat, you can take a short hike around the lake, There are a little beach ⛱️ for swimming too. I order to go. They have a beautiful picnic area by the lake, if you are in the area it is worth to stop by for lunch

Absolutely delicious! I was not expecting to get such a delicious meal in the middle of a state park, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Walleye was fantastic and the Hot Beef sandwich was comfort food at it’s finest. It’s worth the drive!

The food was excellent. I had the buffalo burger and my better half had the hot beef. The beef was incredibly tender. The service was good, but could have been better. The restaurant was built right on the lake and it has a fantastic view. The only reason I gave the atmosphere three stars was someone decided to vacuum the whole place during the lunch hour. This was extremely distracting and loud.

Buffalo burger was good. Fish tacos were ok. Buffalo chilli cheese fries were good. Service was very slow. Only had one table outside that seated 5. It wasn’t available. Had to sit inside. A lot of flies.
