We went to Docs Porchside today and had a great time. The food was okay but we mainly liked it because of the good Customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. We ordered a shrimp po boy and it was okay but I felt like the shrimp were a little bit cold and a bit much lettuce. We also got the sampler platter and my favorite thing was the pimento cheese egg rolls. My husband got oysters and a old fashioned. Overall 7/10 and yes we would come back.

Our first time here was a success. It was a last minute change and we had no idea what to expect. The cheese curds were some of the best. The burgers ( beef and chicken) were good. For dessert get the beinets. If your looking for a refreshing drink try the strawberry mohitos.Thanks Delaney for giving us a great experience

We stopped by for lunch and had a fried shrimp plate with broccoli and a porch burger with fries. Shrimp was good, broccoli needed a little seasoning and a little butter. The burger and fries were excellent. Ashley provided great service. Worth another visit when in the area.

My partner & I had lunch here on today while during our assignment. Mrs.Kelly was our lovely waitress. She was welcoming, made suggestions, and also answered any questions about the menu we had. I ordered the Shrimp Po Boy. The toasted bread was perfectly toasted. The shrimp were jumbo so I had a shrimp for every bite. The toppings and sauce on top was so good. The curly fries were hot and tasty. My partner had the pull pork melt I think. We both were saying the food is so good. I don’t travel to this area at all just was in town for an assignment However, if I come across another Doc’s I won’t hesitate to stop. The restaurant is perfectly design and flows well with the menu. There are plenty of options on the menu. The restroom were cleaned as well. The best Shrimp Po Boy I’ve ever had and I am a picky eater. Definitely recommend you won’t be disappointed. Again, Thanks Kelly for your awesome service.

As packed as the place was, our food came out fast and hot. The fried shrimp is better than those expensive steakhouses. The crawfish dip and queso dip is sooooo damn good! The wings are tender and tasty. The ranch is soooo good. The atmosphere is family oriented earlier in the day and a little more mature after hours. The server was nice too. Can’t wait to visit again. Both locations have satisfied my tastebuds.

Salad came out beautiful. Chicken was hot and fresh. Didn’t realize that The Yard Bird was missing ingredients until well into the salad. No corn or black beans which is what drew me to the salad. Was looking for food at 9pm. Only hours I found online said open till midnight. Shortly after we got our food she told us the kitchen was closing. Maybe times could be updated to reflect bar hours and food hours.

The service was great, the food was really good and the place was very clean. The queso was a little thin and more watery but still good flavor and the brisket and collards were really good. Overall very good and will definitely be back.

great food! everything is fried, but it is cooked well. wings were a little too saucy but tasted great and had lots of meat on the bone. Server was just there to steal oxygen from the customers.
