Really neat bar. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was ok. The ribeye I thought was under seasoned and I wasn’t overly impressed with the garlic butter on top. It was cooked perfectly. The sirloin was good. Fries, lasagna soup, and salad were delicious. The grilled shrimp was so salty it was not even edible. The fried pickles and cheese curds were good, but the wings tasted like they had been in the freezer for a long time. We may go back to try burgers and pizza, but I will go elsewhere for steak and shrimp.

Doc’s is a local hidden gem. They’re established inside an old church and have a very pleasant family friendly atmosphere. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. While the outside may suggest more of grimy dive bar the inside puts the lie to that with the beautiful stained glass giving a warm comfy glow.

Great burgers, a good beer list, and a really warm, cheerful atmosphere. I miss coming to the church when it used to be a church, but so glad that they turned it into this unique spot! I always make a point to visit here for a meal when I’m in the area.

We were in town for a kids basketball game.. We were both hungry when we left and happened to drive past Docs…we both figured ‘why not give it a try’? So from the great menu we ordered a pizza.. It was fantastic and much larger then we expected, so when we left we took half of it home. And, yes, we would definitely go back again!!!

I came to this place built in the basement of an old church. I wasn’t expecting a religious experience. I ordered the Waffle Fry Nachos. I am pretty sure that I just saw God. They also have Castle Danger Cream Ale on tap. I am not sure who does the beverage program at Doc’s but they seem to have their life together. I highly recommend this place for misaligned religion or waffle Fries.

Took an hour to get appetizer, which were very small wings that tasted decent but when arrived at the table they were already cold. Than took another 1/2 hour to get main dish which was also cold by the time it got to the table, i had steak tips that were way over cooked from how i ordered them, hashbrowns had chunks of black burnt food in them and were barely cooked. Waitress was friendly but seemed overwhelmed even though it was not very busy.
