This small gas station is a hidden spot even though it’s right on Hampton Blvd. The pumps worked great, and the inside was clean and organized. The service was fast and friendly. I can’t recommend the biscuits and gravy from the food counter, but I was impressed that a gas station was clean, efficient, and friendly. That is a rarity in this area.

Try to call to see how much to send money western union on June 30 at 910 in the morning only to be told we cant tell you how much over the phone, call customer line only trying to transfer from person to person where they first time they hang up and the second time a voice mail. This is not a reputable company that’s it will not waste another dime with a company that’s is raicist and bias at the fullest. Read their reviews and see how they tend to treat customers. I hope you become the next starbucks in hampton blvd with your bad reputable service.

I stopped here at approximately 12:18 pm to get some gas. They were advertising $2.84 a gallon if you paid with cash. So, I stopped at the Navy Federal on Hampton boulevard, and grabbed some cash. I stepped inside the store, and there were two cashiers working. One at the front, and one after the food stand. There was one customer at the first register, and 7 at the second. It appeared they were all looking to buy food, so I stopped at the first register to pay for some gas. The cashier looked up at me, and asked what I wanted rather rudely. I stated that I was just here to get some gas. She, then told me to go to back of the other line. I said, “Oh my apologies I thought that they were in line for food.” Then, I walked my happy butt back there without complaint. As I walked over she stated, “it is the line for everything.”

I went inside to use the restroom at Dodge’s gas station on Hampton Blvd. while my daughter was getting gas. I have never been in a public bathroom that was so clean and well designed. They have a full length mirror, a hook to hang your purse, bars for the disabled. I keep thinking that it was designed by a woman. They also have a tv screen with ads and a baby changing table that’s built into the wall. Excellent use of space!

A buddy of mine and I went during our lunch because it was close to work. I got the spicy wings they were advertising, and they were delicious. All drinks, frozen or fountain were 79 cents! They had a clean dining area inside and a clean parking lot. Very impressed. Will definitely be coming back.

Chicken was decent! Not as good as I’d thought it would be. Too much breading. No real flavor. Should’ve driven 3 more miles to Bojangles. 2 breaded potato wedges for $2 bucks. That’s a little pricey. Overpriced! Could’ve gotten a better meal somewheres else. Actually, SHOULD’VE!

Good (cheap) food, fairly great service for a gas station, and the *cheapest* gas this side of Tidewater Drive. If I had to complain I’d say the new renovations that brought the total register count up to 4 was a joke because you’re lucky if they run 2 at a time, which can be annoying at peak hours and late night. Overall fantastic, I wish they were still open 24 hours.

Great chicken, variety of fountain drinks and slushies! D Anthony and Allen are the over night crew and they are really friendly and helpful. Most 24 hour gas stations have an overnight crew or person who are not friendly at all in my experiences. Having just got off work myself late, I was feeling exhausted so its refreshing having friendly service. Really recommend the chicken strip combo with the jojos!
