Had one hiccup today during the lunch rush today and the new owner and new staff made it right right away. Food was as great as it always was but even though we had a small service blunder, the service was 12/10 and made up for it. Place was clean and hopefully it does well under this new management because we’d love to see it stay open!

After a handful of bad experiences with the previous owners/management, I was excited to try them out again after they reopened. The food was good and ready in a timely manner, which was never the case previously. The employee who took our order was extremely nice and friendly and checked to make sure we got everything we needed. I let her know that I didn’t receive my beer that I ordered. She apologized and said she would take care of it. She went to the bartender and they realized they had a technical error, no big deal. I continued to eat my food and when my whole family was finished enjoying our meal, I realized that the bartender never got my order. We asked for a refund on our way out and the friendly employee apologized but the bartender never even got off her phone long enough to acknowledge us. The employee also got a manager to approve the refund but the manager walked over processed it and then walked away, no acknowledgment or apology. Mistakes happen but it felt just like the old Dog Haus that everyone would l say it was known for bad service. We sadly won’t be coming back unless they change ownership for a third time.

Well we tried again- asking for tips at the beginning when you have the equivalent of Dixie cups for soda fountain?? out of cups. Then to go boxes are also only in smalls and you cannot eat your entire meal there because they don’t have the adequate insect killers to make your meal enjoyable. You should have accommodations for your people eating inside to not have flies buzzing around there landing on them and their food?How do you expect tips for taking an order and the only thing you have is less than anywhere else? We had hoped this time they would get it right- the food was always good once you get it. But nobody wants to pay to have flies buzzing around and half boxes and no real soda cups… should have stayed closed. You don’t have what you need:(

So glad the Dog Haus is open with new ownership!! We are happy to have a low key place for good variety in beer and unique food on the east side of town. First time trying under new ownership and we left very satisfied. Owners are hands on in the business and their pride shows. Yum, yum!!

This place is much better than it was before it closed. The new owners seem to be much more vested than the previous owner. I’m glad that it reopened better than it was. The staff is friendly and the reasonably priced food is delicious. There are 24 taps with a wide variety of craft brews. The dog friendly patio is a really nice bonus.

We had a fabulous lunch at Dog Haus. The Holy Aioli burger was full of wonderful flavor. The rest of my party enjoyed their burrito and chicken sandwich. With over 20 beers on tap, all of our unique beer tastes were satisfied. Welcome to the new owners, Marlena and her husband. You’ve created an enjoyable restaurant. Expensive $7+ hot dogs. Nothing special other than they use Hawaiian sweet rolls for buns. Sides cost extra. Our food was barely warm with cold spots after waiting over 35 minutes. The chocolate chip cookie my daughter ordered was under baked.

Filthy at 11 am. They have no customer service all all you here is “we’re short staffed”. We waited 30 minutes for 2 chili dogs and there were no customers, after about 30 minutes we asked for our food was and the lady was very rude about it and then right after she very ruly dropped our tray on our table and when we bit into it not only were our hot dogs almost completely frozen still but everything including the bun and the chili was cold. We asked for a refund and they said no we’ll just remake your order and I said I don’t have another half hour to wait for you to give me another cold hot dog thank you but I would like a refund. We were met with very bad hostility and I don’t think I’ll be back
