We have been a customer for almost 17 years. Today my husband and daughter picked up 3 breakfast sandwiches and a bagel with cream cheese. This is very disappointing. We have seen changes the past few years(but continued to go because we get it, bad days happen). A few weeks ago we were there for breakfast and there wasn’t fresh coffee or even enough for a full cup.

So tired of my husband going n getting home, always something wrong w order. They even write it down what’s wrong here.?!?!? I need to get bagels from the city when I go and bring home myself. Got a bagel sandwich with egg, cheese and bacon to go. When it was given to me felt cold got to car it wasn’t warm, was stale and cheese was coagulated not even melted. Sunday we had a whole order that was very good. I believe the teenage waitress was not happy with tip I left in her box. So today they get only one star for the food and service. And don’t believe I’ll ever go back in future when visiting family.

I keep giving more chances because it’s the only bagel place in town. Orders are often wrong. Last time I asked for mustard and got ketchup instead and today asked for scallion cream cheese and got regular (she even yelled scallion when it was ready) I think I’m done now. It’s a shame cause the owners are super nice which is why I gave an extra star. My orders are always complete and fine when the owners are there.

I live in Buffalo NY. Every time I visit my family in Blairstown the Doghouse is a must!! Before I head home I always stop for bagels to take home. During my last trip my Uncle introduced me to the egg, cheese, and taylor ham breakfast sandwich…..amazing! Love the food and the employees are always friendly and helpful!
