I have been all over the southern United States, I have reviewed many eating establishments. This place was off the chain in all categories. The pulled pork sandwich plate was fantastic. Tender but not mushy, seasoned but not to spicy or over peppered or to much vinegar.

I can get better ribs at McDonalds . The food is dry and over cooked . Mac and Cheese is like you got the last of what was left at the end of a BBQ.the potato salad was mash potatoes and potatoe chunks .don’t eat here .eating here isn’t worth it .

This was my first time at Dolans after hearing how good the food was. We were there when they were doing a fundraiser for a little girl in a four wheeler accident so it was very packed, but I loved seeing the community come together for a good reason. The food was still so good and the lines moved quickly. Such a cozy place with a country atmosphere. Will be going back for sure!

Loved every bite!! Huge and extremely tender, melt in your mouth ribs! The pulled pork didn’t even need bbq sauce, but their sauces are incredible. Don’t miss the coleslaw, green beans, cowboy beans, or Mac and cheese either! We’ll definitely be back!

Sorry, not really impressed with the food. The pulled pork was the best of the dishes we had. The ribs were large but not fall off the bone tender or particularly flavorful. The chopped chicken and chicken sandwich were mediocre. The mac & cheese was ok but the potato salad and green beans were overly salty. The mustard sauce was the best of the sauces in my opinion. The grape vine road sauce needs improvement. There are a couple of bbq sauce companies in Statesboro that could provide a better sauce. We really wanted to like the food more since this is a woman owned restaurant but it is what it is

Everyone here is so friendly and fun. The food is great but if you are on a type of diet then you maybe might want to skip here. There is a lot of fried foods. But hey if you have no dietary restrictions then I say you definitely need to go here. Their BLT with fried green tomatoes is to die for. And the dessert? Shut yo mouth it’s so good!!
