Don’t order online!! I did just this and they submitted my order to their cheaper restaurant, Palermos. All my food was exceedingly bland to the point of disgusting, no seasoning at all, and not worth the $25 for a pasta dish and appetizer. I threw it all out.

As they no longer have done in outside of reservations for an event this is delivery only. Not pickup and delivery is out of Palermo’s on 4th Street. Same great food just comes from the other location.

Why are you still reading reviews… Call them and pray that they still take your order. This is the best damn pizza in Wisconsin. I thought I died and woke up in Sicily or New Haven, CT or somewhere. After I ordered I called back because the place looked closed and they told me go across the river and pick it up from a window in an alley somewhere. I didn’t ask any questions and neither should you. Just call and order a meatza.

Food was great! Went for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding & had a buffet style dinner of prime rib, chicken, shrimp scampi, salad, twice baked potato & zucchini. Only issue I had with the place is I saw one of the bus boys come out of the men’s restroom with the pitcher that is used for drinking water. Don’t know why they would fill the drinking water from the bathrooms, but it doesn’t seem very sanitary to me. Other than that the food & service was great, just don’t drink the water.

Ordered pasta and the fried tortellini for lunch using delivery. Pretty easy delivery process & the pasta noodles were cooked perfectly!! Wonderful idea to fry tortellini by the way

I am so indifferent about this place. The food is AMAZING and we love to order this for birthdays. But man, the manager of this place is just rude. He messed up our order, charged us too much, and it was like pulling teeth to have us even credited back the amount. Which he didn’t even credit my credit card, he credited the account on file for next time. What?! Which is by far the weirdest thing I have ever heard of.

I will start off by saying the food is good nothing amazing but good. Unfortunately the service is bad. Last night I ordered delivery and the wait time was only supposed to be an hour. Well 1 hour and 25 minutes later it came only to be cold and not what I ordered. This was not the first time my order was messed up but it will be the last as I won’t be ordering there again.

Ordered online, got partial food delivered fast but was missing 4 items but cost was almost exact same as what was delivered and I guess seen on there end don’t know, 4 items missed but same overall cost for items recieved, called they didn’t seem to understand so we are out meals. What was delivered, the baked mostaccioli was very runny like old was scooped out of buffee cheese put over top and barely melted, we put it under broiler for a few minutes but was runny and suppose to be a meat sauce but this wasn’t fresh. 2 pieces garlic toast obviously old flimsy cold. Shrimp dish was OK but again think it wasn’t fresh made not for awhile. Dessert was good. Authentic Italian sauce? I just think what we did recieve wasn’t any where near fresh. Called there didn’t seem to be an understanding we paid full price of what we ordered online, there order in there end showed the same minus 4 items but in all we paid the same. Unless there online menu rates are well different than there actual prices. Wasn’t impressed with what we did get, spent 50 bucks not enough food for 2 average old folks we was so wanting left overs but e ended up having some cereal how sad. Don’t order online ask for fresh not what’s sitting and to bake the mostaccioli, dump the water out of it and add some meat and some food garlic toast and may be good.

In my opinion the best pizza in town or in surrounding area. Very Italian tasting pizza. It’s a one place will I order a cheese pizza with extra cheese and need no toppings. Has a lot of flavor and is delicious. Polite and friendly staff. Clean restaurant and if you want delivery courteous and polite drivers. Fair prices. I would recommend to friends and family. As a matter of fact I have recommended it to friends and family. I have been buying pizzas there since the 1980s.

Went here for a grooms dinner and the family that operates the restaurant was amazing. Food was some of the best we have had. Being from Minneapolis we have lots of Italian choices but this takes the top spot!
