Nice building & decent service. Entire Staff seemed on edge. Problem- Food was bland. An Italian restaurant with horrible sauce is not a good start (It’s on everything ). The table bread was cold and tasteless like cardboard. 6 top table. 1 person liked their food. We didn’t even take our left overs for the first time ever. Momma would be disappointed.

After multiple fantastic experiences, I probably won’t be going back. Stopped by for dinner, left at stand for quite some time all the servers were very hospitable, one asked if we wanted to go have a seat at a booth, we preferred a table and she said someone would be right over. I watched a gentleman come out of the kitchen a couple times and got the impression he was avoiding us. When he finally did come up he said there would be a 25 minute wait for a table. I said we didn’t mind waiting and asked if he could just seat us at one of the tables, since one of the gentleman I was with was older and he said No. I said we would just take the booth, and he replied saying that would be a 25 minute wait as well. I said I was confused because the girl just told us we could sit, he replied with “she’s not the manager I am”, maybe she should be the manager?? She certainly knows how to better treat paying customers!

Understaffed, dried out dinner rolls, overcooked pasta, refusal to change “the side of pasta” to angelhair… stating angel hair only comes in 9 oz servings, so it seems this “Italian restaurant” is cooking their pasta from a bag… just like The Hotdog Shoppe. A lovely waitress, mediocre food, poor management.

We will never eat there again. We ordered a pizza ..nothing out of the ordinary, after all, it’s a pizza place. An hour later we watched 3 couples receive and finish their food before we even got ours. Was told the pizza was held up due to delivery orders, meanwhile another customer who arrived 20 minutes after us already received his pizza. Complained to the manager who didn’t want to hear it and just walked away telling the waiter to take our pizza off the bill. Never again. And the pizza was subpar. Monte Cellos 100% better.
