My husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time on a whim. We were looking for a good Italian restaurant for our anniversary, and Google search led us here. It is just a 40-minute drive from our home. I had the pan-fried walleye, and my husband had spaghetti and meatballs. The home-made house French salad dressing was so good! Not a bad idea to make a reservation on weekends as they get busy fast. Ample parking with an adjacent lot. Great food and great service from our server Regina H.

Great experience. They accepted our reservation for 20 people just a few hours in advance and had everything set up when we arrived. Quick and attentive service. All of our food came out together and hot. Not a single compliant at the table. Amazing Alfredo, consensus that it was the best pasta in the sampler. Alcohol wayyyyy over priced. Recommend and would come here again for food only.

Hidden GEM in the Portage Lakes area. The food is excellent, everything from the beer battered fish to the pork tenderloin. The home fries are my favorite side. The staff is great. This is a great place. They have bar seating and a family friendly restaurant side also.

Generous portions, reasonable prices on well prepared meals. I was surprised beyond my expectations. The prime rib was great, among the best that I’ve tasted. The only downside is that my baked potato tasted reheated, but it was acceptable. The food was seasoned well. I don’t have to reach for the salt and pepper. Our server Kim was attentive, but not overbearing. Another place worth adding to the hometown dining rotation.

Our waitress was awesome! I got salad & it was big, my sister got a sampler type entree & the alfredo was very garlicy, my italian husband ordered spaghetti – he said it was good but he expected better. The homemade bread was good but we expected better there also. We just happened to be in town & one of the cashiers suggested this place.

Very disappointed. I eat here every year on my anniversary. We get it to go. I always get chicken parm. It is amazing. My husband ordered spaghetti with meatballs. I didn’t realize I had to chose meatballs. He recieved spaghetti with marinera sauce. Now I didn’t chose that either. Went with cheap when charging almost $13 and no garlic bread. Also, didn’t give us salad dressing we chose. Just gave us Italian. Someone could of said something. I will be starting a new tradition next year. Will not eat here again.
