Their sandwiches taste good and are almost worth the premium price tag, but they don’t put the same effort into their side dishes, which cost extra. The pasta in my pasta salad was hard, as though it had been made days prior or not stored properly. My daughter’s fruit cup wasn’t even half filled. That was disappointing. Before we got our food we watched two woman behind the counter touching dirty rags to wipe the counter and then going straight to plating prepared sandwiches and chips without changing their gloves. One of the women was only wearing one glove and kept touching the prepared food with both hands. Luckily they were preparing dine-in plates and we ordered to go. We won’t be back.

We walked in last week to check the place out and saw the amazing pictures of sandwiches on their menu. In particular, the roast beef on rye and said we’ll be back!! Well, we came back today. The sandwiches contained very little meat. We ordered 3 sandwiches in total. 2 roast beef, one on rye and one on “sub” bread. Also, a turkey sandwich. My RB on sub bread was actually sub bread with very little roast beef. We took it back and asked them to put some meat on the sandwich. They stated “ that’s the way it we make it”. The cheapest, cheapest sandwich we have ever had in our lives as for amount of meat. NOTHING like the pictures on the menu. The roast beef was water added and soggy. Plus, the amount of roast beef on the “sub” could have fit on a cracker.

The corned beef ruben was very tender. It was really a delicious sandwich. The only problem was the older lady that was making it was talking to others and not paying attention when she put the kraut on. Half fell off, so there was only one bite with kraut.

Drove almost 2 hours round-trip, from Po te Vedra, because of the great reviews…. well, it was worth the trip. The corned beef on rye was the closest that I’ve had since leaving NY. I will definitely make that trip again

My husband and I ordered build your own omelets which are delicious and we have enjoyed them many times. When we ordered, the hostess asked what kind of toast and did I want butter and jelly and I replied yes. When I looked at our bill, I noticed my bill was 50 cents higher than my husband’s even though we ordered the same thing. When I asked about it, I was told I was charged for the butter. This is totally unacceptable. I can go anywhere and have butter on my toast. Even though I like this place and have enjoyed it for many years, I won’t be going back.
