I was not able to order online for carryout or delivery. So I called the store. The manager of the store spoke English as a second language. This is not a problem for me. I have worked in the food industry for over 20 years. I literally was unable to get passed attempting to give my address. I was very polite. I spoke clear and precise, literally letter by letter. Literally 6 times. It was not able to be understood. I feel like this was a mean joke. I wasted an hour of my time trying to order from this dominos and we are just mad and hungry now. Never again.

Do they want me to order food? She hung up on me after I told her I would like a pizza, it felt almost by mistake it was so odd. I went inside to finish my order and she seemed ready for me to complain, I didn’t complain though just finished my order and the entire time she seemed annoyed. I was about 1.5 hours before they closed so I don’t know why it was so bad.

I absolutely loved this place when it opened but now they no longer use the same great toppings and either discontinued or substituted with lessor. The pizza I picked up was free because the original one was made completely wrong.

Every time my elderly Grandmother orders dinner for her and my grandfather from this dominos they tell her a way lower price on the phone and it magically changes on the car ride to about ten dollars higher? i recommend if you don’t wanna get robbed go to buzzards bay house of pizza or you know any other dominos pizza because something shady is definitely happening

I ordered a bacon and extra cheese pizza and an order of cheesy bread. I ordered it and as soon as I hung up the phone I headed right there, and it’s only 5 minutes from my house. I got there early just in case the current road work could’ve potentially made me later than I thought. But I got there after ordering only 5 minutes, got there, and my food was freshly cooked and already ready for pick up. GREAT JOB TEAM, AND GREAT SPEED OF SERVICE!!! ILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!

So excited for the new pizza place in town but, thoroughly disappointed. When I placed my order at 4:40pm the website said that it would be delivered in approximately 35 minutes. According to the tracker my food came out of the oven at 4:50pm and was “Quality Checked” until it left the store at 5:24pm. Then at 5:30pm my food was marked as delivered. I tried to call and tried to call because my food was not delivered but they still have yet to answer the phone. Thinking I am out $50.00 for food that was not delivered, I was leaving to drive to the store when the delivery driver pulled up at 5:45pm. He was kind of apologetic and stated that they were really busy. Not surprisingly since it came out of the oven almost an hour prior, my food was barely room temperature. I understand being busy but to not answer the phone and deliver hour old, cold pizza isn’t really awesome. I guess I will stick to the local pizza places I am used to and bypass the cheaper, corporate option.
