I’ve never had a problem until tonight, I placed an order at 11:30 for pick up. We were already out so we sat in the parking lot until the time it said on the Website and pulled up to the pick up window to find out they weren’t paying attention to incoming orders and didn’t make my order. Now currently waiting an extra 15 mins for my food that should’ve already been done. Big bummer 🙁

when i walked into this dominos, i could of sworn the guy who greeted me said “Hi we’re closed” but i couldnt hear him too well, and asked him to repeat himself while i was still walking up to the counter. he just looked at me and ignored me, like…what? he had a manager shirt on too. very rude. i went on to order and get my food, i ordered a regular pepperoni pizza. i ate it thoughout the day (yesterday) and i woke up today (the 31st) feeling horrible, pains in my stomach. had to use the bathroom really bad. what i was yet to realize was that i needed to PUKE aswell. so yeah, ended up puking while using the bathroom WHILE IN PAIN, one of the worst experiences ive ever had from restarants.

My wife and I entered the lobby and noticed there were no menus and the big menu wasn’t working and the only menus they did have were in another language. We had to sit in the car and order online, plus the initial service was also terrible.

Placed an order on Halloween… Yes they were super busy but at least when I arrived they kept me informed about my order and when it would be ready. There was only one issue with my pizza(which normally doesn’t happen) there was way way too much sauce(didn’t ask for extra sauce) like extra extra sauce where you pick up a slice and everything falls off the crust cause there’s so much sauce.

Most rude customers service made my order wrong. Then had the nerve to tell me to pick it off and eat it. I did not pay to pick off a topping I did not ask for when they already had to remake it the first place because they were not paying attention. Would not recommend this place. Will not be going back I should of ordered Papa John’s like I wanted. Instead of listening to everyone at home. My mistake for paying for poor service. Just want to be able to eat what I ask and pay for.

2022-05-15: Dominoes Pizza is a lot better than it used to be. Their mobile app is among the best out of the most popular fast food apps. I hit the “I’m coming in” button on the app when I arrived. My only complaint is, upon entry, no one acknowledges you. I went for the first time, then 2 days later for the second time. The first time, I couldn’t find anyone until I yelled. The second time, an employee who was cutting dough looked at me briefly. After Nothing happened, I had to yell again. After yelling, I was handed my order. I almost used curbside, but from my experiences, I have to think that no one would have brought my order out.
