This location accepted an order placed from the website during the listed hours and then cancelled without notification or explanation. When I called, the shift manager was completely uninterested in completing the order or refunding my money, instead merely emphasizing his need to close the store as soon as possible. If staff cannot be trained to fulfill orders for all hours listed, the more honest route would be to change the listed hours.

I got an order of Mango Habanero Wings and a 2 liter of Coke. They brought me Diet Coke explaining they were out of Coke instead of calling and asking ifi wanted another option. Then the wings speak for themselves.(No to very little Sauce) The pizza was good and the way we ordered it. $6 delivery fee and a $10 tip the products and services didn’t line up.

Would give 0 stars if I could. GLOVES NEED TO BE WORN WHEN HANDLING READY TO EAT FOOD! Ordered online, headed to the store to pay and pickup, and while I was waiting to even be greeted, I watched the manager grab one of my COOKED pizzas with her BARE HANDS. When she finally makes her way to the counter to ring me up, she informs me they are out of one of the items I ordered (root beer), and they only had coke or Fanta. At this point I inform her there’s another issue with my order because she had touched my food with her bare hands and without apologizing says “My hands are clean I washed them” and then I informed her that washing her hands didn’t matter when she was handling ready to eat food and that she needed to wear gloves and continues to argue while stating that nobody at this store has their food handlers license so they don’t know all the do’s and don’ts of handling food. When I asked for corporate number the manager says she doesn’t have it and I stated it should be in the office (as is the case with most corporate places) she goes to “look” and comes back saying they didn’t have it and asked if I was gonna pay for any part of my order and I told her no. I called the store back shortly after, and the manager, before hanging up on me, finally gave up the General Managers number, who informed me that this is a franchise location, not corporate. Full of uneducated people handling your food. If you don’t wanna deal with random people’s germs and cross contamination don’t order food from here.

Worse place ever, called in an order, was told 1 hour delivery time. I was ok with that, 2 hours later and still no pie and they will not answer the phone. Glad to see your making enough money that you can screw over customers.

this dominos was absolutely terrible. The woman employee was very lazy, and wouldn’t put a single thing on the menu through with my online order. Out of all the pizzas and dessert that I ordered online three times, she said repeatedly that it didn’t go through. When it went through she said that she didn’t make pan pizzas or brownies, and there were pans for that pizza sitting directly in front of the counter. my order was very simple, and she was just very lazy, and very rude. I wouldn’t recommend ever coming to this dominos.

Ordered several pizzas and appetizers in the app for carry out. Arrived in the middle of the time window I was given. As I’m pulling in the parking lot, I get a text that my order is cancelled. I think it’s a mistake. Thirty seconds later, I see all 5 or so employees are leaving the store and locking the door. It’s not even 8:30 PM. I ask if they are open and one of the employees says, ”Uh no. We’re all, like, uh, sick.” All the teenaged employees (which was all but one or two of them) then proceed to speed away in cars full of other teenagers.

Just go to price chopper and get a frozen pizza. You will be much happier. Domino’s will take your order, never call, not answer the phone and the email a cancelation of order.

We had order some garlic knots and lava cakes around 8:30 Friday night. We waited till around 9:10, and our order was still in the preparing stage of our order. No one had called or texted that the store was closed. We had ended up driving down to the restaurant and the doors were locked and no one was there. On google the restaurant is opened from 10:30am -10:00pm. I’d like to know why that the workers were gone before the original closing time.

Ordered lunch and was told 20 to 30 minutes. I called 45 minutes later to find out that they isn’t a driver and they can’t deliver my pizza. No call, email, nothing. Just don’t go here.
