I recently had a rather unpleasant experience with Domino’s on Appleton St in Holyoke, MA. On July 3, 2023, I ordered a pizza for pickup. After picking up the pizza and arriving home, I sat down to enjoy my meal. Unfortunately, my appetite quickly turned to disgust when I discovered a dead cockroach underneath one of the pizza slices.

My two pizzas came over an hour late. They are both cold and stale. My kids are hungry so they ate some but im never ordering from here again. If you know the pizza is cold before you deliver it you need to make a new order.

First, the food was delivered late. I realized after that I didn’t receive my soda. I called three times but got no one. The habanero wings were lousy. The stuffed cheesy bread was supposed to be spinach and feta but had two other cheeses. I won’t order there again.

Pickup order was great again! Minus the part where we got home and our extra sauce was missing. Again. That’s alright. It was well worth it, and just need to check your sauces before you get home. Ours was an order on the larger side, and the employee was friendly, so it wasn’t an issue and we’ll gladly return .

I ordered my pizza and side at 1055. Called about 25 minutes later to check on the status and was told it should be at the hotel I was staying at in 20 minutes. Called after 30 minutes to be given the same answer with some attitude behind the answer. 1155 pm I called once again to find out where the driver was and the store told me he ran out of gas and needed to stop to get some, but wouldn’t tell me the whereabouts of the driver. I have waited over an hour now for my order. I would advise to go pick up your food versus having it delivered.
