The food is typical dominos but the employees are some of the worst I’ve ever seen. New employees every time you stop in because nobody wants to work until midnight for 15$ an hour. This leads to endless mistakes and longest wait times of any dominos in the area. Instead of giving me free food every time your employees screw up why don’t you just pay them a fair wage so they stick around for more than a week? Had my food ruined again last night right in front of my eyes because the employee for some reason assumed my pizza was buffalo chicken and dumped hot sauce all over it. Even though it was actually BBQ chicken and you could clearly see the BBQ sauce on it. Not to mention I was standing right there and she could have asked me!!! Went home empty handed because it was 11 o’clock at night and I’ve watched them remake my food way too many times now. I’ll probably collect on the free pizza they owe me and never return.

We order at least once a month from this location. Samantha is a terrific pizza maker. Not one mistake ever! Overall no matter who has made our food it has always been correct, hot, and tasty. Order online mostly and sometimes pay inside and sometimes do carside. All has been perfect and interaction very friendly. I don’t believe it when I read that someone was rude there. Try the pan style!

My Wife placed an order over the phone. The guy who took the order did not take our phone number, and took the address down completely wrong. It took a little over an hour, and we called to see where the food was. Instead of being apologetic, they answered asking for more money for the chicken wings they forgot to charge for. I ended up asking for the supervisor James and he answered the phone very rude and also unapologetic. He said “I dont see what the problem is the order is leaving now”, which after an hour an a half is not a helpful statement coming from the supervisor. I explained we should be getting a discount or something free, because by the time we get the order it was pushing two hours. He seemed very bothered he had to give us some type of discount back for their mistake, and I told him he should train his associates better and to take a phone number and read back the address to customers (common sense). The driver finally showed up about two hours after the order was placed, high and looking for a tip. THE PIZZA ARRIVED COLD AND NOT EVEN SLICED… I am speaking with corporate office about this order, and we will never give this dominos another cent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Ordered on a busy night and received a call from the store with a heads up it might take a little longer than expected. That’s what I call amazing leadership and great customer service. The food arrived hot and just as ordered, the communication from the manager was what turned a could be bad situation into a great one. Post covid stores have had a hard time on boarding people so i find no fault in the location for the delay!

Never had any major problems here but tonight it was a bit much. We ordered $40 worth of food from which they delivered to the wrong address more than a mile down the street. I could see that from the tracking feature in the app they were quite a ways down the street when suddenly it claimed delivered. And in stead of calling to ask for help which they’ve done before just claims it as delivered. When we called they were trying to say it was our fault for not giving delivery instructions but they delivered to a completely different address. It’s not even about the food, just call and ask the recipient. $40 ain’t cheap.

Our local Palmer location is always amazing. Deliveries are so much faster than expected, it’s been a very long time since we actually had an issue with missing sauce cups etc, and the food is always fresh and delicious.

This location seems to be pretty good, doesn’t change the fact of how greasy everything is. I’ve grown to like there steak and cheese sandwich, definitely get the extra meat. The staff is very friendly there and I would have left a cash tip if I had known they had a cup by the register.
