Never order from here. They mess up a order and then give your address out. They put my kids at risk when they gave out my address, when they gave out the wrong orders and the person came threatening to my house at 10 at night because dominos messes up her order. When I called Domino’s they said keep the stuff because they can’t give it to her anyways. But yet they gave out my address to the person who’s order they messed up. With that said they could have sent anyone to my house with my children home while they are sleeping at night. Not okay and honestly I’m looking into reaching out to corporate for them giving out my address on their mistake. Don’t even worth a star but had to give it to them to be able to post this huge safety issue.

This is a terrible pizza place even when you try to save money by picking up your food yourself they give a timer for how.long it takes to bring your food out to you within 2 minutes after checking in or you get a free pizza they stop the timer inside to make it appear like you have your food then your food comes out 10 minutes later

After delivering my order to the wrong address and putting it on my neighbors porch . I received a call from my neighbor when they got home asking if I had ordered a pizza . I called dominos back to let them know my pizza was now ice cold because they delivered it to the wrong address and just left it on a porch . I was argued with that I gave my own address wrong when I clearly gave descriptive directions how to get to my house . The person I spoke with was extremely rude. The customer service shouldn’t be so horrible for such mediocre food .

I ordered from our Adams, Mass. local Dominosonline. It was delivered in a timely fashion, the food was cooked to perfection, and the delivery driver was smiling and friendly, even though I couldn’t tip because of Covid. Thanks Alexander!! This young man made, cooked, and then delivered my order to me, all in under 30 minutes!! I have never had a better experience at any Dominos!!
