Alright I order delivery 7 mins before they closed…I knew this was an a$$ move but I tipped 20%. I expected on a Thursday night at this point, I was probably not going to get a great pizza. But OMG!!! This is the best dominos I have ever eaten. The cheese in the cheesey bread was full and ALL THE WAY TO THE ENDS! The pizza was perfect as well. Ordered carry out delivery to my car and 10 minutes past the time i clicked “here” on my phone, still no pizza or worker in sight. Went inside the store to try and pick it up and three workers all ignored me as well as another lady waiting so I said whatever and went back in my car and called the store. Finally someone picked up and I said I’ve been waiting for my pizza in the parking lot/inside for over 15 minutes now past the time it was ready and some worker came out handed me my order and then proceeded to give me sass when I said thank you. Like ??? Not to mention last time we got delivery they were an HOUR and a half late past the time they said we’re going to be. Idk what’s up but free pizzas aren’t gonna make up for the lack of customer service

Always great delivery service..on time and food is usually very hot and ready to eat! Only one time in many deliveries did I get my order an hour and a half late but, Domino’s gave me a free pizza for my troubles. So in my book pretty stellar overall!=)

Awful experience. My order took one and a half hours to arrive (a large pizza with cheesy bread). My driver took nearly 40 minutes to get to my house from the store which is normally a 10 minute drive, causing my food to arrive cold. After trying to call the store to ask if something went wrong, I was on hold for 30 minutes.
