Absolutely unacceptable. The delivery service took 1.5hr, I had to call the store, and after another 20 mins (was told 5-7 mins) the driver handed me crushed boxes. One of our pizzas as clearly shown in the photo has half the toppings on the top of the box. I understand being short staffed but crushing the food is never okay. I’ve never experienced such a thing and we will not be ordering from this location again.

At 9:15 pm on 8/8/23 crossing union and silbee your drive nearly run me, husband and 6 pound Chihuahua. He was about 6 inch away from me. I yelled at him to literally make him stop. Slow down its dominos.

I am extremely disappointed with dominos. I placed an order at 4pm and was expecting to receive it within a reasonable time frame. However, I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes before deciding to call, only to be met with an unresponsive customer service line. I kept calling for almost an entire hour before someone finally answered, and when they did, they were the least helpful employees I have ever encountered. To add insult to injury, they cancelled my order after I complained about the long wait. This is completely unacceptable and I will never be ordering from this company again. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
