This location is the worst and I have been reluctantly coming to this one for years just because of convenience. It seems like they have a new crew every month and sometime weeks. It’s inconsistent and the worst is the amount of time it takes to make your pizza from order to pickup. If you choose this location, be prepared to wait and not get your order exactly right. As you can see from the photo, there’s no one in this location.

I love that they are open so late and the food has come a long way since the old days. My only issue is that for some reason I am only 7 miles away and they don’t deliver to me, I had to pick it up at 11 PM.That doesn’t make sense because we are so close, they really should Deliver within a 10 mile radius, I think they would get a lot more business!

Made my mother in law cry on Mother’s Day, Ill never be going here again. She ordered pizza for herself after working all day. After the pizza said delivered on the app, and it was 45 minutes past and no sign of pizza, she called the place. The driver Kyle, argued with my mom that the address didnt exist. When clearly she gets mail delivered here every day. When the pizza arrived he shoved it into her hands with no heat box and the pizza was cold she took one bite and cried. This is a veggi pizza which costs $21.12. Does it worth it? Do we find any veggies??? Only tomatoes and one or 2 mushrooms. When I called and them, they informed me they don’t have veggies. What do we do when we don’t have veggies? It’s very simple. When we don’t have veggies we don’t take order! They missed that logic.

I don’t think these people can read!!! I’ve gone there twice in the past 6 months and on both occasions they can’t seem to get my order correct. And don’t bother asking for extra toppings because these people don’t know what that is!!! I’d hate to see what regular toppings look like if I actually got extra toppings at this point!!! I will never order from Franklin, Mass Dominos again!!!

The pizzas are hot and fresh. We always pick up, so never have any issues with later and cold delivery. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that prices have increased too much and the coupons are inconsistent.

The last few times we have ordered from Domino’s it has been a disaster. We place our pick up order online only to have it not be made at all, or not ready after the tracker says it’s ready, having to wait another 15-20 minutes for it when we get there. It’s very frustrating. We probably won’t order from Domino’s again. It’s not worth the hassle. The food is typical Domino’s food, nothing special. The store appears clean and the people are nice enough. The parking lot can be a challenge when they’re busy.
