I placed my order around 11:30 for delivery. The store calls me and says there is only one driver and they close at 1am. I told them I don’t mind waiting and if it’s not here by 12:30 I’ll come and get it. When I get to the store before closing time, the delivery driver told me they threw my order in the trash. Then cancels my order AFTER the guy talks to me at the door. Why would you throw an order in the trash if someone said they were going to come and get it? Especially not knowing what the order was for and in my case it was for my lunch at work. WORST dominos to ever order from. They need better management with proper customer service skills.

I ordered a two topping pizza at 5:47pm and it was not delivered until 7:47pm. Completely unacceptable. It was cold and at that point I lost my appetite. I requested the pizza with light cheese and..it was definitely not light cheese.

Food was disgustingly bad. Salad bowl was old. Lettuce all rotted and tomato moldy. I ordered large ckn, bc, alfredo pizza and it had so much cheese and the box was bended from the driver probably putting some heavy item on top of the pizza box. When I opened the box the entire toppings was stuck on the box. What a mess! I called the store to complain and waited 20 minutes and they answered asking what I want to order I asked to speak to manager they put me on hold for another 10 mins then I hung up. Horrible service.

If your order is taking too long, they don’t have a driver at all that night. We had to find out the hard way when we drove over to cancel our order after 2 hours of waiting. Funny thing was, we were third in line to cancel. Dont order delivery here. Better yet, don’t order here at all. Disgraceful.
