Everytime I order here they mess my pizza up. I don’t understand how they can’t be sure to keep certain items only on half the pizza. My bf is allergic to certain things and they always put it on more than half the pizza he ends up with like a slice of pizza, I feel terrible everytime!

Ordered a pizza tonight at 8:14pm and by 8:48 pm the tracker on the app said that the delivery guy was leaving the store and would be here in 6 min (I live about 1.2 miles away from the store and I was totally fine with it). After watching the driver go to the opposite direction and stop on some spots I waited about 30 min and called to know what was happening and the lady on the phone told me that he would be here in another 5-10 min (when the app was telling 6 min at 8:48pm). I asked her to cancel my order, after about 5 minutes I received a call from the driver saying that he had arrived, I went outside and talked to him about the cancelation and he left but as soon as he left I saw that a female person was on the car with him (now what I asked myself, was that the reason he took so long and that is the reason why I didn’t get my dinner after one hour and a half that I had ordered it???) unacceptable!!! I do understand that at times it gets busy, but if he had another stops to do (in a different direction) the app would not tell me that he would be here in 6 min at 8:48pm.

Do not order from broadway location. The manager is rude,we are with our friend who had no option online to order a pizza without cheese for her elderly mother. She called a second after the order to ask them to modify but the manager did not seem to know what she was doing,RUDE… never again

Came in at 1:50 AM on Tuesday July 26. 10 minutes before close. The staff looked upset and refused to take my order even though online and the door sign says last pickup time is 2am. Made me waste my time driving here
