Regularly order weekend lunch here for pickup. Orders always accurate and only one time it took longer than expected as there was only 1 employee at the store. However, They must of had 20 workers on Super Bowl Sunday!

Half the time I order I get dry, burnt pizza that seems like it’s been sitting out all day. Same with the chicken or desserts. Also the delivery people don’t follow instructions half the time. In general, I don’t think dominos is high quality, especially when you order late at night.

BEWARE – this isn’t about the service or food. All that was fine. But wanted to make people aware of this in case it happens to you. I left a tip online and then was notified by my credit card company that an excess tip of 38% was left, which did not match what I left or what was on my emailed confirmation receipt. Thankfully the manager was very helpful and was able to make the correction. He’s looking into what happened but figured I would share this info so you can be aware!!

I ordered a pizza and dimino’s app says it’s done when I reached they said no order showed in the system. Are u kidding me ? I am not managing your system . You guys should know how this system works . This is absolutely a harassment. Why should I order ahead if I still need to wait in the counter after placing the order successfully. Awful experience.

I ordered the 3 toppengs pizza last time, ham pineapple and sausage. When I backed to home and opened the box, the piazza only has pineapple and sausage. The ham was missed and they didn’t tell me. But the food was good anyway.
