I wouldn’t even give any stars if I could because we ordered food and it’s been almost 2 hours and still says its being prepped and when we call nobody answers this is the worst store ever! I’ve even worked for domino’s and we’ve never EVER not answered the phones even if we were busy we would answer and asked to put them on hold! Don’t order from this store this is ridiculous!!!

I’m just patiently waiting for them to close this dominoes down. The customer service, delivery time and quality of pizza is all a complete joke. Not sure if it’s the people who work there or the call center that answers when you call the direct dominoes or if it’s just the system in general. Don’t order online and expect your pizza in at least an hour on a Tuesday. Be prepared for long holds when trying to reach the direct dominoes. And on average a 2-4hr delivery turn around time. I no longer order from there, it’s not worth the stress and headache. Plus, there’s way better pizza from the Mom and Pop pizza shops. I’m good. And I only gave 1 star because you can’t post a review with zero stars.

I ordered delivery, which was less than 2 miles from the store, it took over 2 hours to receive my food. I tried calling the store multiple times just to have someone pick up the phone and then hang up. I also asked for a contact less delivery, when the driver showed up he rang my bell and after opening the door he handed me my stuff and asked for a tip. When I told him I tipped through dominos he said the amount I left (which was 5$ on a 20$ order) was not enough. I told him I didn’t have any cash and he sucked his teeth and walked back to his car. After bringing in my food, my alfredo pizza didn’t even have any alfredo sauce on it. When I called to ask for a new pizza no one would answer the phone. Will never order here again.

This Randolph location never sends the garlic dipping sauce i select in my order. They always send marinara…4 times now, and every time i complain, I get a free pizza. So at this point, im going to order garlic dipping sauce with every order, even if i don’t want it…because im most likely going to get a free pizza each time. I added 2 pics to prove its written on the order.

Definitely the worst and rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. The person in charge was just unbelievably disrespectful and rude. Dominos should close this store as quickly as possible – or try and re-train the on-site staff/managers. The manager is just unable to cope and is ruining Dominos’ good name. Never visit this horrible branch!!

If you order online or at the store and pickup. They are great. Anything else sux. Forget calling and ordering you won’t get the store directly. You end up getting customer service for ordering aweful. I miss getting the store directly. It’s different people each time I go. Some are great and other just getting a paycheck

Customer service is menial at best. The drivers are rude and abrasive. The manager said he would remake an order that we placed(that the driver delivered to another customers home, and would retrieve from them, and bring back to us) I said we did not want food that was delivered to someone else’s home. The manager said he would remake it and have it delivered and then hung up on me. Not the first issue we’ve had. We only order delivery here when we don’t have a better option.
